I just want to state that this State Farm Agency is the worst... I've been a customer of them about 1 and a half years and this is my second time with this agency after 10 years with Geico which the only issue I had with them was my premium kept going up due to the area I lived in. I digress, within this year and a half, this agency paid out an uninsured motorists who hit me, after I gave a police report stating me not at fault, and after a statement I gave them. I wasn't notified that the person was paid out. Only after I called to check on the status of my claim did I hear of this. Luckily they had just issued the check, and was able to void it out. This agency insist you download the State Farm app to keep up with your bills, so I did, but what they don't tell you is that when you make any changes on the app it doesn't reflect in office, so it seems to me the app is only used to pay bills early. I postponed my billing date in app 1 month and it worked, the second month I tried it, did it over a week in advance, and they still pulled out the funds on the date I postponed the bill from. When I called in, I only called to ask if the bill will come out again on the postponed date, and i mentioned i changed the date and needed the money they took, because it's the week of Christmas, that's why i postponed the bill until after. I was asked did I want my money back, and I said sure why not. The agent proceeded to tell me I'd have my money back in approximately 48 hours or it may take longer due to the holidays. Sounded amazing to me, seemed like they wanted to fix an issue that they may have been responsible for. Long story short after calling my bank, and speaking to another agent, and a supervisor I was treated as if me using the app to make the change doesn't reflect on their end and I should've called to postpone my bill, and to top it off the first agent I spoke to lied and told me that my money was coming back, it was actually a request and the request takes 48 hours, and it takes 5 to 7 days to post if it's approved by billing. Just so you know they denied my request, its the week before Christmas, and they have no empathy for the situation at all, the staff was more rude than they were helpful, Amber and Erica specifically, and I do plan on changing companies... Think twice before insuring here...

Been with this agency since 1997. Have no desire to change agencies because of the great service that I receive. The representative Ericka is professional, caring and readily available to answer my questions or concerns.

32 years! Same insurance agency, same agent. Could not reach him on the phone and got no return call. After several follow-up calls found out he doesn't come into the office anymore. What's the veil of secrecy about? On top of that, I was supposed to meet someone at the agency and they were closed for the rest of the day at lunch time on Friday. Feeling very neglected!

If I could give zero stars I would. This idiot keeps sending a renters insurance bill to my Mom who passed away in March 2020. I have made numerous phone calls to tell him she passed away in March 2020. Maybe he thinks he can collect from the dead or that my Mom's credit file will affect her in heaven lol.
