Definately a solid 2.5 of 5. Check showers and floors for garbage and hair if you're barefoot.

I should have known by the up keep in the parking lot that I was in for a suprise. I went into the lobby and checked into my room. I get to my room and there's a pungent stench. Almost like mold. So I go to the bathroom and yea there's mold in the shower and its dirty. I go back down to the desk and was assigned a new room. I get to my new room and it was still dirty just no mold. So I call down to the desk to explain my grief and was responded to by being gaslit into believing that the shower is clean and that the grout is just dirty. The clerk also explained that there needed to be an acid clean done in order to clean it. So why rent me a room that needs a deep cleaning? That I'm currently complaining about lol. But anyway don't go here stay away -10/10 do not recommend.
Safety: There is a cop patrolling the area.

This place is inhumane!
My booking was for 8th October, I evacuated from Florida during Milton Hurricane. When I got to the hotel in the middle of the night they told me they didn’t have a room for me. I told them I was 7.5 months pregnant, very tired and needed help. What they offered me is to sleep in the car park until 8am when “hopefully” someone will check out and “hopefully” housekeeping will come and get a room ready for me. I ended up in a hospital that night/morning with high blood pressure because of the stress and exhaustion, the hospital scheduled an emergency c-section surgery due to risk to me and my baby. The hurricane is long gone but I am still stuck in town with a premature baby in NICU ?

Will not be coming back to this hotel, infested with cockroaches. People outside the front entrance, drinking beer and rolling dice. One way in and out and you have to pay for parking.
Rooms: Look dirty and infested with cockroaches.
Safety: Did not feel safe leaving the hotel after sundown

The hotel staff was pleasant, but this is the oldest and worst maintained Indigo I have ever stayed at; and I travel quite a bit and am loyal to the IHG brand. At best this should be rebranded as a holiday inn express, but IHG really needs to just sell this property off as it's too far gone to fix. The entire hotel, including the room, smelled musty and looked to be 40yrs old. Damaged drywall, carpet old, furniture antiquated. Nowhere near the standard of the IHG, much less Indigo, brand. Also, $14 to park is ridiculous when lot is half empty.

When i got into my room i saw a roach so big i was able to sit down and have a beer with it. When the conversation got stale,
I asked for a new room and was moved to the room next door.

Really nice for the 95+ I paid. Very close to a Marta station to the airport or town. The plane noise slowed to a stop around 11. Not sure if that is every night, though. College Park was an active, interesting town less than a block away, while the hotel was quite. For 95+ dollars, this is as good as it gets. Rooms had a fridge, was large, great restroom in the room and downstairs. Lots of positives. One negative, breakfast was 14+ dollars. I didn't buy it, and went to a grocery store for a banana and candy bar. There were free EV chargers about 2-3 blocks away and I left my car there all night with no issues.

Stayed there three nights. No room service on any of the nights... No shampoo and no fresh towels...had to ask. Breakfast is expensive for what you get. Stay at Drury Inn locally for a comparable price, better service, and a GOOD free full breakfast... along with a complimentary 3-drink happy hour for guests.

Extremely unpleasant stay and staff completely unprofessional. Our room had a lot of black mold all over wall. Room door wouldn’t lock and a stranger entered my room while was sleeping then staff stole item from our room. Requested a full refund and declined and no even an apology from staff.
