I reached out to the owner again today for payment for the work I did in his office and he sent me termination documents. Being that I’ve already quit, that was unnecessary. It’s stated that he was not going to pay me for my services owed to me. The day I found out he used my information to file my relative taxes, this was his reply. I’m no expert at filing taxes being that I’ve only been filing taxes in his office for a year, but I’m pretty sure using my PTIN number to file taxes in my name is definitely fraudulent illegal activities. Please be careful dealing with this person and this office. You don’t want to end up being over charged illegally or not getting paid for your services.

A few weeks ago it was brought to my attention the owner used my PTIN tax preparer number to file taxes in my name to file a relative of mine’s taxes and charged him $1400. I did some digging and realized he charged him $1000 plus and additional $494.99 for tax prep fees from last year that he did not owe. He also charged him last year $1000 plus the “previous tax fee of $494.99” for previous tax fees for the year of year before which is illegal. Last year was his first time filing with Quick Tax Filing so it’s impossible to owe more money from the year before being he’s never filed with him before. I have reported Shaun, The owner to the IRS and anyone else that been a victim of fraud I suggest you do the same.

This was my first time going to this place and I admit I was skeptic by them being fairly new. But everything went well and I was completely satisfied with the overall service. They were legit and thorough, even told me about things to help me financially.

Well I can say they on their job.... I cant go wrong with Direct Tax Services. Deanna is very well professional. Ive been dealing with this company for the last 4 years. Recommend to anyone peace.
