the employees are the most professional people that I’ve encountered since i came to this store a yearago. They were knowledgeable of their product, got me in and out, and very informative. I also appreciate them walking me through a few things to save storage on my phone. This store is definitely the Cricket wireless heros, with Top TIER customer service!

I came here on Saturday to ask about the promotions and plans they offer. At first I thought they didn't speak Spanish because where the store was located the area looked very dangerous but when I entered the pretty girl Vanessa was very friendly and knew what she was talking about. Finally 5 stars for the girl, the others from India didn't even want to serve me.

I bought equipment from tis store. A screen protector that they put on it starting coming off after a week, and they would not replace it are repair it.

Me and my husband were at the Riverdale location and just knew the young reps did not know what they were doing after so many failed attempts to switch us from At&t. We went to the Old National location and Carla has us switched in less than 20 mins. The Riverdale reps were using the wrong info and just lost. Thank you Carla for being fast and knowledgeable.

I Only stopped by to change services from my previous carrier, I wasn't getting the service I needed, so I switched to Cricket. I've been with Cricket in the past and they were excellent for what I needed. Every Cricket gives you a different experience, just like every pop eyes, or every Walmart. It all comes down to customer service, how they treat you. At this location, the Associate was just great ?. She double checked everything, spend time with each and every customer to satisfy their needs. Go Cricket
