For service, If I could give 0 stars, I would!! However, this 1 star is for Chandler because she was kind and made an effort to rectify things but I understand there is only so much she can do. Even Chandler seemed frustrated at the workmanship that was being performed!!I am vacuuming out my car the day after pick up and was wondering yesterday why were there clutter in my back seat. Typically, I do not have clutter in my car and I keep my seats free of random items, except for a sweater. So, I took a look through the items (which were phone chargers, mail, tire pressure meter, ice scraper, and coupons) and realized these items were all previously stored in my arm rest. Why were these items moved from my arm rest to my back seat? It makes no sense for these items to have been touched whatsoever based on the “repairs” I was scheduled to have completed. Someone obviously were RAMBLING THROUGH MY THINGS!!Also, there is guardian angel clip of my mother’s memory that is very sentimental to me that I keep on the passenger visor. I found this item BROKEN in my car’s armrest. If it were in the way for the window installation, yes understandably remove it cautiously but the pendant with my mother’s name is BROKEN from the clip. I have had this memorabilia in the same place for the 2 years and 5 months since I’ve lost my mother and it hasn’t had a chip, scratch or anything misplaced on for all this time, but somehow I bring my car here for exterior “repairs” and now a sentimental object is suddenly broken?????? I take my car to get maintenance regularly and I have never experienced oddly misplaced items and definitely not any of my personal belongings broken. To make matters worse, this was not communicated to me upon pickup that a personal object was mishandled therefore it is now broken. This is unacceptable in addition to a plethora of other things that has transpired.Again, for my 1st overall experience of Corbitt Collision have been nothing short of awful, disorganized, and very tacky & unprofessional. From the lack of communication surrounding what repairs were found from inspection from both my claims, lack of explanation of the progress of the repairs for my car, not completing concerns from my claims like replacing the windshield and my left side damages, the inconsistencies of completion dates after guaranteeing certainty of completion and pick up day which was extended an extra week with no communication whatsoever, me having to call yesterday to “check on the progress “ (because no one can consistently call back to provide updates) to hearing “Oh you can pick it up today before 4pm” (if I wouldn’t have called, I’m sure my car would be in you all possession today or for the rest of yet another week), me picking up my car yesterday and it was filthy and covered in dust and not vacuumed, also to the fact that no one handed me my car remote after I requested a car wash. I found my car remote in my arm rest this morning when I spoke with you about the unfinished work on the left side of my car yet again. But why wasn’t this handed to me as a customer but yet again, why is the staff in my armrest??? There is nothing concerning them where this should be opened whatsoever!Service: Painting

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Owner is a scam artist. He gave me a quote to fix my bumper . Clips where broken and he insisted it could be fixed by plastic welding. Also they were supposed to replace the under shield. They did not do that all they did was rig it up to make it look like they did something. I get home and realize it was not fixed and they never replaced it. When trying to get ahold of them they never replied to my emails or calls. Absolutely ridiculous. He was friends with the lady that was paying for the damages so I believe he saved her money by just not doing the work. I have never been scammed like this in my life. Micheal should be ashamed of the way he runs his business

I was very pleased with the ladies at the front desk, who everytime I called gave me accurate information in regards to updates on my car! Although I was in a rush to get it back, i prefer to have quality work done and thats exactly what I received! I am very pleased with my repairs and most of all the young ladies Chandler and the owners daughter I believe who kept me well aware each time :) Thanks YallServices: Tires

My van stayed in this shop for more than 5 months after a car accident. 1st, it was supposed to take about 2 mo, then 2 weeks more, then another 3 weeks and so on. Finaly, as I thought, I received a voice mail last week that my car was ready. Since Monday was holiday, I gave them a call on Tuesday to ask the time I was supposed to pick up the car. The lady over the phone told me the car was not ready and it would take a couple of days to do the tires alignment and to clean the vehicle. Although very irritated, I did agree for a couple of days more. On Friday, when I called, I was then told the windshield was not repaired and it would take some time to fix it. That was it for me! So, I went there and picked up my van. Of course the windshield is not repaired. I now need to call the insurance company to make a claim since they didn't do it. Mind you, prior to the estimate being sent to the insurance company, I went to the shop after hail damage, the shop manager and myself walked around the car to point out all the damages, including the windshield, made by the accident only. She stated the windshield, of course, will be included in the estimate and it was not. I'm so disappointed by their doing. It's not right! At the same time, there is a missing light on the back door of the van. I was asked to bring the vehicle later to fix it. Hell no! I won't. I will find somewhere else do to that. I’m really unhappy with this place. My car has been at this collision center for almost four months since June 22., 2023. It’s been one thing after another. I had a car accident and even the Insurance company Ga Farm Bureau no longer could give me a renter. Corbitt Paid for rental seven days. I’m now having to pay for rental because of car not ready. Unbelievable ?

Best there is! I took my F250 to Corbitt's Collision for repairs after a wreck and they are the most courteous and responsive body shop I've ever dealt with. The people are top notch and Michael and team made be feel very comfortable with the whole experience! I'll definitely be back if I ever need body or paint work again!Services: Exhaust

This shop has done a complete turn on the service quality they offer. I was in an accident in January and had my vehicle brought to this shop because I've used them a while back. It is April and I am now getting my vehicle back still with issues they said was fixed to include scratches on my brand new headlight I bought myself. The right fog light isn't working, there's footprints all over the inside of my vehicle including the seats. The first issue was when the shop swear that the insurance company did not pay for OME parts but the insurance did pay for it after reviewing the paperwork (they very well was aware but used the good ole blame the insurance company to pocket the difference). Secondly they ordered the wrong parts claiming those were the only ones that my truck manufacturer had listed (the cheapest version), but I was able to go to the dealership and get the same parts they said was not made for my vehicle which I then delivered to them. They still did not want to talk of the rubber bumper and replace it with the bumper that needed painting because it was cheaper for them. This place has become a big scam. They held my vehicle so long that it received hail damage in their possession where as if they did their job my vehicle would have been home parked in my garage. The day came to discharge my vehicle (yes discharge) and they claim that they were still waiting for a last payment which after calling the insurance company, the payment was made a full month prior. I now have to take my vehicle to the Toyota dealership for service due to a leak I never had under my vehicle. This is very disturbing and disappointing after the length of time it took and the back and forth I had to go through just to get what was done, done. I would recommend that anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there, think twice and if you have no choice then make sure what they tell you is truly what the insurance company said because they are not in it for you or customer satisfaction. The worst service, never take your car there, the receptionist never has any information, my car lasted 3 months under repair and when it was delivered to me it was incomplete and the door was badly placed, they asked me to bring it, confirm a day before and when I arrive They did not want to serve me, they were rude and did not want to answer, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.Service: Body & Trim
