I wouldn't take my bike here to get fixed. They have had my car over 2 months and didn't have enough common sense to do a full and complete estimate for insurance. Poooooooooooorrrrrrr service and lazy employees. Not to mention, my car was trashed and looks like it’s been sitting in a barn. No decency at all about them. Ladies beware!

The worse body shop to take your car
I went in for a simple quarter panel replacement and paint....
While there they ripped my headliner
Got what looks like sanding compound on my driver seat
My keyless entry got damaged
My trunck is having issues closing
When the repairs got done the paint had bumps on it
Said they would fix it and they literally took sand paper and sanded the hell out of it
Over spray on my door and sanded that too..
I took it back 3 times to get fixed every time it came back worse...
Still to this day my seat is stained keyless still don't work
And paint still scratched from the sand paper they used...
If you value your car any don't bring it to them..

Corbitt’s made extensive repairs to my truck after it was stolen and recovered. The truck looked great after they finished, it was completed ahead of their initial ETA, and best of all was the customer service I received from Chandler. She was on top of things from start to finish.

No other place I’d take my car! Customer service and work is unmatched. If I could give 10 stars I would! Just had work done due to a deer and my car looks brand new now!

Mr. Corbitt and his team are amazing!
We had a costly and a bit complex situation due to needing factory oem parts on a newer vehicle. The other guys (National Chain body shops) wanted to total the vehicle because they didn't want to be bothered to take the time required to make it right. Corbitt's took on the job and it's like the accident never happened. Do NOT take your vehicle to the other guys unless you like being lied to and stolen from.
Thanks again to Mr. Corbitt and his team for a job well done!

This company is horrible, do not take your car here. They are very unprofessional and they don’t communicate very well. My front bumper needed to get painted and it took them 3 weeks just to paint my front bumper. They give you the runner rounds. The receptionist are very unhelpful. You ask them a question they always putting you on hold and never know anything or give you updates on your vehicle. I truly advise you not to take your car there.

Communication is top-knotch. They were able to get me in for a quick but quality repair. I highly recommend Corbitt's if you need auto body work done.

Beyond Excellent work! It was definitely worth the wait which was basically my fault because I didn’t tell them it was towed in. The ladies in the front need to teach CUSTOMER SERVICE to everyone in that position. They were empathetic and pleasant!
I hopefully won’t have to get my car repaired again however CORBITT HERE I CIME!

Corbitt's is the best! The ladies at the front desk are always extremely helpful. Michael takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. I wouldn't trust my autos with anyone else but Corbitt's!

This was the worst experience ever! Vehicle was only to be there 7 days. Vehicle ended up being there 4 months!! They promised me 3 times it would be ready the week I was calling only to find out a part didn’t arrive, it’s still in build up, part arrived but arrived damaged, waiting for someone to calibrate the car. It was one thing after the other. I have no idea how they are still in business. Also the repairs ended up costing $3000 more than what was estimated. This was such a night mare. I pray no one has to go thru this

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Corbitt's Collision. 2023 has been a year for us, 3 vehicles damaged by the Hail Storm in March. All three were handled by Corbitt's and were as close to perfect as could be after the repairs. 2 of the 3 cars were in and out and a week. The 3rd was delayed because the shattered sunroof had to be replaced and the only one in the country had to be driven here from Maine. We still had that car back in just over 2 1/2 weeks.
Last week, I put my car back in Corbitt's hands to fix damage to the driver's door. Again, a week later, my baby is back at home and looks fantastic!
Michael is great to work with and always takes the time to come speak to me any time I am in the shop. The staff are very personable and friendly any time I call or drop in.
Those who know me, know I am very particular about my cars and their appearance. I never hesitate to recommend Corbitt's Collision to my family and friends when they have the need.

For service, If I could give 0 stars, I would!! However, this 1 star is for Chandler because she was kind and made an effort to rectify things but I understand there is only so much she can do. Even Chandler seemed frustrated at the workmanship that was being performed!!I am vacuuming out my car the day after pick up and was wondering yesterday why were there clutter in my back seat. Typically, I do not have clutter in my car and I keep my seats free of random items, except for a sweater. So, I took a look through the items (which were phone chargers, mail, tire pressure meter, ice scraper, and coupons) and realized these items were all previously stored in my arm rest. Why were these items moved from my arm rest to my back seat? It makes no sense for these items to have been touched whatsoever based on the “repairs” I was scheduled to have completed. Someone obviously were RAMBLING THROUGH MY THINGS!!Also, there is guardian angel clip of my mother’s memory that is very sentimental to me that I keep on the passenger visor. I found this item BROKEN in my car’s armrest. If it were in the way for the window installation, yes understandably remove it cautiously but the pendant with my mother’s name is BROKEN from the clip. I have had this memorabilia in the same place for the 2 years and 5 months since I’ve lost my mother and it hasn’t had a chip, scratch or anything misplaced on for all this time, but somehow I bring my car here for exterior “repairs” and now a sentimental object is suddenly broken?????? I take my car to get maintenance regularly and I have never experienced oddly misplaced items and definitely not any of my personal belongings broken. To make matters worse, this was not communicated to me upon pickup that a personal object was mishandled therefore it is now broken. This is unacceptable in addition to a plethora of other things that has transpired.Again, for my 1st overall experience of Corbitt Collision have been nothing short of awful, disorganized, and very tacky & unprofessional. From the lack of communication surrounding what repairs were found from inspection from both my claims, lack of explanation of the progress of the repairs for my car, not completing concerns from my claims like replacing the windshield and my left side damages, the inconsistencies of completion dates after guaranteeing certainty of completion and pick up day which was extended an extra week with no communication whatsoever, me having to call yesterday to “check on the progress “ (because no one can consistently call back to provide updates) to hearing “Oh you can pick it up today before 4pm” (if I wouldn’t have called, I’m sure my car would be in you all possession today or for the rest of yet another week), me picking up my car yesterday and it was filthy and covered in dust and not vacuumed, also to the fact that no one handed me my car remote after I requested a car wash. I found my car remote in my arm rest this morning when I spoke with you about the unfinished work on the left side of my car yet again. But why wasn’t this handed to me as a customer but yet again, why is the staff in my armrest??? There is nothing concerning them where this should be opened whatsoever!Service: Painting
