Single females beware! I was told $109 for an oil change. 6.5 qts is the maximum amount of oil my car can take and they snuck in charges for "additional oil" and "shop supplies" to my receipt.

A little slow on the review but spring '22, I was traveling and needed two rear tires. They hooked me up, hardly a wait, zero hassles. Got me right on my way. Five stars for sure.

If you want to end up purchasing a new car, take your car here. The mechanics did a oil change on my car for years and destroyed my gasket and never told me. I had to take my car to the dealership to fix their faulty work. I ended up paying thousands to fix my car from damage they did. I will never take another car here again. Horrible service. I'm sure I am not alone.

I am disgusted with the manager and the mechanics at this location. I brought my car in for a simple tire pressure repair. My car alerted me that a sensor needed repairing a few weeks back and I saw this location and stopped in to see if it's something they could fix. After they checked the car, the manager discussed how they could fix the issue and price. No problem, I said go ahead. I sat there for 3 hours. He came in after like 2 hours and said it was taking so long because some of my lug nuts were worn and it was taking long to get the tires off. I didn't really understand so he brought one to show me and I asked questions to determine how and what needs to be done. It wasnt a urgent matter so I thanked him for tell me and that was that. So since he told me about that, I thought it important to ask him to please be careful with my rims as they are black and I did not want them scratched up more than they already were. He proceeded to say, "of course, but you're aware of your front tire though right?!" I'm like yeaaaa, because I knew my front rim did have some scratches. He didn't say anything else about it. They finally finish with my car, I pay and head out. I've had bad luck with tire places scratching my rims so I examine my rims prior to getting in the car. Y'all, why I get around to my front tire and see the attached. Look at these pictures! This is my tire that they put back on my car and was allowing me to leave with. Keep in mind, my tire was not like this when I brought it in. I knew I was needing a tire soon but it was not slit up like this! I go back in and approach the manager like, is this a joke?! He comes out and look and was like, that's what I told you and you said you knew! Huhhhhh?! We talked about my rim, you never told me my tire was cut up! He was adamant that it was like that when I came in which I'm certain it wasn't but I don't have any proof. I'm like that's not safe, I literally could've pulled out and the tire blew. He never explained the tire situation to me, my options to have it replaced, the urgency of the damage or nothing. He literally let Me pay for the sensors and sent me on my way. A grown man, see me a woman by herself, with a MAJOR issue and did nothing. No common curiously, no decency or nothing to ensure I knew about my tire, AT A TIRE PLACE THAT SELLS TIRES, instead he made a sale and sent me on my way. I watched him explain to everyone else in the shop what was wrong with their cars and the options to correct it and he never did that to me about my tire. Which is why I know they busted my tire and in an effort to cover up, he didn't explain it to me. You explained my lug nuts to me, but not my busted tire?! Does not add up. A man, a manager, he wouldn't have put his mother, kid, wife nobody in a car with a tire like this. Money wasn't an issue, I had just paid 260$ for sensors. Had I been given the information about my tire prior, I could've added a tire from the beginning but no, they messed up my tire and therefore avoided telling my the severity of it. If you want honest people working on your car, and at minimum someone that cares about your safety, DO NOT GO HERE AS A WOMAN!

I was very impressed with the quality of customer care as well as the service that I received. I didn't have to wait very long for an appointment. Tech was very professional and HONEST regarding the work that needed to be done. Service prices are very reasonable. This location does more than just sell tires, I TRUST their knowledge, professional workmanship and integrity.

I went in on a Saturday morning to have a slow leak in one of my tires fixed. It took me an extra call to find them ... if you use Waze, put in the College Park Walmart to get to the shop. Both Lance and Xavier were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful over the phone. When I got there, they were able to get me in and out very quickly. No attempts to upsell or add anything ... just very prompt and kind service. They do all kinds of services, including emissions tests. I will definitely be back!

This will be the only tire / repair shop i go to! Honest , friendly fast service at a great price! Charge 1/3 of what the dealership was found to charge to fix a hole in my tire. When i called he said i could come in right away and would have no wait since it was a quick repair. I arrived and was out and completed within 15 mins.

Dealing with two different service rep on the same day was not good, dropped a flat tire off yesterday to have a new tire put on that rim, that new tire was not at that location, but it is near the disable trailer that needs the tire, me being the practical busy guy, I left the rim to wait, the morning service rep said he will call when it is ready, should be around four pm. 4:22 I call them, a different Service Rep the tire was waiting on me, Long story short, my time is Value Blessed, I try to manage it to the best of my ability. If you're changing shifts make a post it note to the person that taking over your shift so things go a lot ?. PS I have worked at this store thirty years ago

For the last several years I have gone to this location for my company car service and my personal car. They are always very busy but give realist times frames and generally I’m always in and out. I see some other women leave reviews of saying women are taken advantage of. I have watched the staff with other women as I wait and they always fully explained what they know is going on with the vehicle at that time. My experience has always been the same I come in for a service and never given the pretense there is anything wrong. Even though I have an in depth understanding of cars there is no way the staff knows that. Mr. White is always the same and I appreciate all the staff as well. If my tires air is a little low they top it off unlike the Shell up the street that charges 1.00$ per tire for air!!!!Services: Oil change
