“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

“When my fiancé and I flew down from MT to GA to see our son graduating infantry school with limited funds left, we were supposed to have a fox rental and unable to get it due to not having an actual credit card, all we have are debit cards and they don’t accept those even though it was already paid for online with one. So we’re walking around to three others as well trying to figure something out and I’m on the verge of tears. Finally we get to Ace and we come to the counter and miss Ebone helped us out beyond words. She was absolutely incredible and said don’t worry I’ll get you guys a car and you’ll be able to see ur son graduate! Also said God brought you guys to me for a reason, I know it! I cried in joy by the end of it all cause we were so grateful for her and everything she did for us and how amazingly nice she was! We even tried to see her and thank her by the end of the wk before our flight home left but she wasn’t on shift until that afternoon. So thank you miss Ebone from the bottom of our hearts, we had a great time with our son! Hugs from us all! We are so thankful and greatful for you coming into our lives that day!”

“Unlike, the car rental the next counter over (previous review). The customer service was TOP notch at Budget. There were two agents trying to help at once-Ry and Shanel! They were both amazing and friendly.
My wait time at the counter (5mins) then straight to the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and leaving the garage was even simpler the the previous rental company. Returning the vehicle was a very simple process.
