“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

2200 Rental Car Center Pkwy, College Park“When my fiancé and I flew down from MT to GA to see our son graduating infantry school with limited funds left, we were supposed to have a fox rental and unable to get it due to not having an actual credit card, all we have are debit cards and they don’t accept those even though it was already paid for online with one. So we’re walking around to three others as well trying to figure something out and I’m on the verge of tears. Finally we get to Ace and we come to the counter and miss Ebone helped us out beyond words. She was absolutely incredible and said don’t worry I’ll get you guys a car and you’ll be able to see ur son graduate! Also said God brought you guys to me for a reason, I know it! I cried in joy by the end of it all cause we were so grateful for her and everything she did for us and how amazingly nice she was! We even tried to see her and thank her by the end of the wk before our flight home left but she wasn’t on shift until that afternoon. So thank you miss Ebone from the bottom of our hearts, we had a great time with our son! Hugs from us all! We are so thankful and greatful for you coming into our lives that day!”

As I was walking away, a voice beckoned me back to the counter. Latifah said she could help accommodate us. Not only did she get us a smoking deal on a minivan, she allowed us to remotely extend our rental once one month had passed. She saved our summer trip and we are so thankful she called me back to the counter. Thank Latifah!!”

A recent trip they had zero cars on hand. it took about a half hour. It wasn't what I reserved, but at midnight, I didn't really care. I have yet to have "Fastbreak" actually work.”

“I was originally going to give a 1 when I include the response from the Emerald customer service escalation department. My wife and I were supposed to fly into Tampa but the airport closed due to Hurricane Milton. I had reserved a car for that evening. I successfully cancelled that reservation and made one for Atlanta. They would not confirm that I could drop it in Gainesville, Florida for no additional charge.
On the first contact they said I could drop it in Jacksonville, Florida and I requested that change. I waited about 6 hours and did not see a change on my rental agreement so I called back. This agent confirmed it was in the notes and I could drop it in Gainesville and would escalate it to the managers. He said I would receive a call from a manager very soon. I waited another 6 hours and still not seeing a change on the reservation and no call back I called again. This third person with the escalation department was very rude so I hung up on him. I tried calling the Atlanta location but not getting through. Then I received an email from the District managers office confirming I could drop it in Gainesville and the charge should not be more than a certain amount. I needed to get back to assess any damage from the two hurricanes so I returned to Florida. More on this will be noted on the return review in Gainesville.”
