Im going to try and keep this short and simple .. They make their first impression their best impression, just to get you to want to come move in . Their sunroom is the “BUG ROOM” from ants to centipedes etc. Bugs everywhere! Throughout my year of living here I noticed they were small holes and cracks throughout the whole place causing all kinds of bugs to get in as well. The bug problem was so bad that I had to bomb my car because hundreds of ants had gotten in . From the trash cans to your car to your apartment leads trails of ants and roaches all outside leading to the apartment. I spent hundreds of dollars just on bug sprays to keep the bugs out of my car and home. I called to get the home sprayed the man came didn’t spay a thing, got into his truck and left.. Didnt even knock on the door to see if anyone was home , i sat in my car the whole time and watched him. The only good thing i have to say is brooklyn helped me tremendously with a problem that i had.Trash always was everywhere outside and you literally had to call their office at least 10 times before someone actually picked up.. If they replaced most of their staff and hire maintenance men that are actually dedicated to do their jobs they can maybe turn these apartments around. And for the price it is just not worth it. These apartments are worth 950-1,000 instead of 1,500 and up. Life is already hard as it is. We all just want to live somewhere comfortable not just to be thrown into an non taken care of apartment. Bad enough the whole world are scamming.. Now I have to be scammed by apartments too..

I came here looking for a new place and I’m very good about doing my research before visiting the complex. The listing had popped up on my Social Media so seeing as these aren’t far from my current residence, I decided to give them a glance. After doing so and browsing through the comment section, one thing stood out-dishonesty.I have resided in Atlanta, GA my entire life, a portion of it in Clayton County. Be real with people, soliciting fake reviews from individuals to boost your community is not the way to go and to be honest it should be illegal seeing as most leases have clauses that state residents cannot post on social media depicting the community in a bad light.99 percent of the reviews from the last year are all 5 star. You know what else the reviewer only has between 1 and 3 reviews, which means someone took the time to make an account and post a review just for this community which is not likely. Most leases are for 12 months, to be tied in a lease for 12 months over a false depiction is very telling of the management

Made a good choice in moving into this complex Erica made the process very easy and smooth. Manager makes sure maintenance is on point and attends to concerns very quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend

When we talking about PROFESSIONALISM, Ms.Erica EXCEEDS THAT! Trust she’s fast, communicates VERY WELL, & make you feel at home already! If I can do it again I’ll go through Ms.Erica with everything I do! A great example of how you are suppose to be treated during your moving process. She deserves a 100000/10. Erica has been amazing! I called so many times between applying to finally moving in, I just knew she would get annoyed but she was so helpful every step of the way! My son and I got everything we asked for and we love our new place!

Hey, I stay in a one bedroom apartment I love my one bedroom apartment I don’t have any problems with my unit my landlord she’s very wonderful, very understandable, and she worked with you and she always keep a beautiful smile on her face no matter what so I want to take brookstone apartment for opening up there doors for me and also a quiet neighborhood to stay in
