I’ve been going to this place since it first opened. Never had a problem with service even amongst the different ownership acquisitions. This time around, I picked up my car and my wipers were on the wrong side and none of my screws and clips from under the hood, under carriage and around the tires were put back on the car. I ended up having to buy an assortment box from Amazon to replace the missing clips and screws. I will not be bringing my car back. Seeing the missing screws and clips really pissed me off with the lack of attention and checks of balances that’s not in place with this facility. They will have your car looking like $hit .

Had my car for about a week and didn’t do anything. It sat outside. Oil change, trunk lock, and convertible top repair were my estimates. The first 2 were a no brainer. I knew the top would be difficult. However it went from 2 days, to a few more, to a few more. I showed up, car was parked, and they did more damage. A plastic bag was placed on my car with duck tape which caused damage. A suction cup and it caused damage on the side. He removed buttons that held the trunk up which caused more damage. Horrible service, customer service, and minimal communication. If I didn’t call I didn’t get an update. WE need to do better.I would’ve thought the oil change and truck lock would be completed but NOTHING was. Wishing you better luck if you choose this company.

They are honest decent mechanics which is hard to find nowadays they don't try to rip you off don't overcharge you and really work on your car I appreciate them wish I had found them years ago

I waited a week for a diagnostic that should've taken mere hours. And the problem wasn't fixed even though I was charged $316. They never followed up, I was given the runaround up until I threatened to reverse the charges. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with the vehicle until I called later to ask. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER suggest or recommend ANYONE to this shop.

BUYER BEWARE: First let me say that when I called and spoke to Bob he was friendly. When I came in to have my car looked at, Alexis was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. NOW here comes the bad review. They gave me a quote for the repairs prior to "fixing" my car. When I called them to see the status, Sha or Shaw however you pronounce her name was not friendly at all. She was throwing all types of numbers at me and I explained to her that I left my receipt at her establishment. They only "fixed" one thing valve cover gasket. The next day at 8am on a Sat, Sha or Shaw called me telling me that her mechanic thinks he left a tool under my hood and if I can bring it it. I told her not this morning. That afternoon, I brought it in and the mechanic was very informative and he also sprayed this thing in the front of the engine while talking to me. After speaking to him, I then went inside to get the quote of the parts so that I can schedule the repair. Sha/Shaw was too busy playing cards on her phone, she said "I gave the receipt to your daughter" I told her its at home. She then quoted me another price $100 more from the original. I drove 25 minutes away and thats when I heard this horrible sound, it felt like the car was dragging. I called the shop and she kept on insisting that I bring the car back even though I explained to her that the car sounds and feels unsafe to drive at this point. My original mechanic looked under the car and stated that the car looked and sounded much worse then it original was. I WILL NEVER go back there again especially if Sha/Shaw is working there. Their service is not honorable or recommendable. I paid for service 3 days prior for their mechanics to make repairs on my 2002 Mercedes c240 model. I provided all the parts myself including 6 ignition coils, 12 spark plugs, fuel filter, egr valve & gasket, and the valve cover gasket ( which was the only part they provided). I still have in my possession a brand new fuel filter, egr gasket, 1 ignition coil with one missing coil with only 4 of the coils being changed and 5 new uninstalled spark plugs on top of the fact my vehicle left with a new problem it did not have prior to me dropping the vehicle off which I'm currently dealing with now which is a leak from the manifold which is a constant hissing sound which effects how my car is engine is running not to mention I cant get passed emissions after paying these people over 900$. They are not a good auto shop to take any vehicle especially forgiens to. Not to mention the owner of the business turning his back to me and walked away after me denying to pay more money into the repairing of the damage that his business caused as if I said something wrong. Of course they tried to deny the damage if I had not took it upon myself to walk in their work bay and witness the damage myself as they were reassembling my engine from egr installation. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ON ANY LEVEL. Its way better auto services out there. HEED THIS WARNING. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! And I still have not been refunded for them providing a incomplete service or compensated for the damage they caused to my vehicle.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I wouldn't even give them any stars if I could...I brought my bmw 328i 2 door coupe over there it took them 3 months for them to work on it...the front end lady her name was char she was very rude and could not give me any information on my car anytime I asked so I went up there myself to see what was going on...they said the car was fixed but when pulling out my car they put it on 2 jumper packs jus to get it cranked and running I still had the same noises and the same problems...the owner mike tried to give me a busted loaner car and it broke down twice while I was in the middle of the road with the wrong paper work in it...when I brought it to there attention that my check engine light was still on and I don't think I will pass inspection the front end lady char caught an attitude and told me there where more issues going on with my car...I paid these ppl 1800$ and they only changed out coil packs and spark plugs DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! You will be ripped off your money !!!!! I hope they are ready for court !

I'm new to Atlanta Georgia and maybe that was my first mistake of letting them know that because I knew I had a oil leak which I paid to get fixed hence the photo was supposed to receive an email copy of it never did originally my work was supposed to be done the same day I brought it in September 21, 2022 that didn't happen. They told me it will be done by the end of the day and I can pick it up the next morning. I also requested for a full diagnostics so that I can ensure that I'm good because I was going back to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to visit my children, maybe that was another mistake as well because when I called the next morning, no work has been performed at all whatsoever what I heard on the phone was an estimate for more work, and some of the work they were quoting I recently had done when I mention that to her,she called over the mechanic to join the phone conversation and he stated that none of these things needed to be done. They attempted to bamboozle me and when I explained about her behavior, she became irate. I told her I want a refund and I was coming to pick up my vehicle when I entered the premises and I begin a conversation with the lady again she was irate disrespectful and I'm glad I recorded the exchange which I made sure to let her know because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable as a valued customer and also a business owner. It's our job to ensure integrity and good quality work. If not, anything else in her customer service skills was my first I have ever experienced in my life, this is not the end of this and I want to copy of that phone conversation because like it stayed at the beginning of the call all phone calls are recorded for insurance purposes
