The customer service at this location is horrible. I came here for support and was told that their systems were "down." In actuality the CSR was not knowledgeable about iPhones (his words not mine) and just wanted to ship me off to another store location. My experience with Boost is horrible thanks to this location. I will be messaging corporate about my experience at this location. Please learn how to speak to customers with respect! If I am not disrespectful to you, you should not be disrespectful to me!

Store owner is a liar. He charges an $35.00 activation fee for prepaid service. Boost Mobile has no activation fees. The store owner couldn’t justify the cost. Avoid this store.

GENO AT THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME AFTER VISIT 2 OTHER BOOST STORE HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON THAT WENT FURTHER AND BEYOND WITH NO PROBLEM HE WAS POLITE AND NICE AND DID EVERYHTING TO HELP ME TRANSFER MY SERVICE HE IS THE BEST!!!!
