The Asian Guy was racist toward me. I asked him a question and he kept saying no no no no and didn't let me get my question out. I was there to buy a new phone. He looked at me in disgust so I went next door to buy a phone from the African store TK.

Whoever was in the store when I purchased this phone I think it's a low-life shiesty Thief. He offer my receipt and receipt I got was not itemized. He asked me did I want insurance I explicitly told him no, upon paying my next bill I found out that he did charge me for that.
I did not trust him and I suggested you won't get a phone do not go to the boost Mobile on Old National highway and the address 5017 suite b

5010 old NATIONAL HIGHWAY!!! This man was extremely rude and racist!!!! We set up a tent close by the store to help people in need with free phones and tablets! He called the property manager and had us removed! Extremely rude and mean!!! Do not shop at this location!!!!

I'd like to share what an inconvenience it is to think you have the opportunity to go to this location, only to learn that no one cares enough to update their business hours! Not only on Google but also the front door! It says they close at 5pm but they clearly close and open whenever they feel like it.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went in as THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the a.m as the 1st customer to just purchase a new phone and service, no specifics.....took almost 40mins!!! I wanted to add a few things to my purchase but was too afraid that it would take an additional 40 mins......SMH...the manager/owner- whoever he was should feel bad for leaving a not so savvy, SINGLE employee there to work solo.....once again...SMH
