This store is not in line with their hours posted. Store was not open until 8:15. The funny part is an associate was standing behind the counter and could be seen. This is not the first time this incident has happened either

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Absolute abysmal AutoZone to go to. Poor customer service, ghetto workers that always seem to have an attitude. The workers here lack more than one brain cell to know the basics on what the customers ask for. I honestly can keep going. Never going back to this AutoZone again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a window repair kit that was recommended by an employee who didn’t even look outside at the rearview mirror to see if the right product was recommended. I bought it at 8 am on Sunday tried to use it to repair the window and the first step wouldn’t even work. I went back 2 hours later to return it and the manager with red braids said that they had a no refund policy because the box was opened. All of the items were put back in the original packaging and Technically, it is at their discretion whether to provide a refund after product is opened. I am very upset since that was their recommendation and it was only a few hours later. Their customer service is awful and unempathetic… I wasted money on a product they recommended because they didn’t do their due diligence to ensure they were offering me the right one.

Went into the store on 12/11 because I was having battery issues. Was able to get my battery tested and attempted to change it before I had to purchase a new one. The Customer Service was great wish i had gotten the other employee’s name. But Carlton was able to change my battery for me with no problem at all. I highly recommend going to this location.

Absolutely "nothing they can do" to take back an ignition coil
