I went there for a battery check. the front counter worker was very slow. He initially told us that we would have to wait on someone to battery check us because it was a wait. We waited and waited, while watching him do practically nothing while standing at the register (the place wasn't packed at all). After waiting and seeing him pacing the floor, i asked " are we waiting on YOU or someone else". He says " my boss says i cant leave the front til someone replaces me" Well you could have told us that a lil earlier, we were waiting ALL this time for NOTHING. We would have BEEN LEFT this Sorry place. JUst left us hanging. So we left and went to advance auto down the street, Remarkably great service, Serviced us RIGHT AWAY. i'LL never go back to this autozone again.

I needed my battery replaced. Mr. Carlton was so helpful with getting my battery replaced promptly. I believe his name was Josh he was also very helpful with the day before with doing my diagnostic so that I knew my battery was the issue. Great team working here at this location.

Okay I'll start by saying the staff was friendly.
I'll finish by saying I bought 5 different parts for my Silverado *BASED ON THE VIN* and all of them were wrong. Just straight up. I'll try and return them, if they don't give me my money back I'll decrease this to 1 star.

Jimmy acted as if I was a piece of meat while his other coworker stranded there. Repeatedly asking for hugs and unwanted gestures, makes me feel uncomfortable to come to an Autozone as a black female that just needed to know what brake fluid I needed it

There was an older man working with a beard. Very rude. Acted like helping me was last thong he wanted to do. He seemed pissed that he had to install my wipers. I said thank you and he didn't even say your welcome. No smile. Very unpleasant.
