I think having the self service kiosk in the airport is both a gift and a curse. On the one hand the efficiency and ease of use is awesome, but it's the human factor that I could do without. The person in the store today was anything but helpful. My battery was running low so my debit card wasn't registering immediately on my phone for Apple Pay, so when it delayed my transaction, I politely asked is there an option to take cash? The woman whose an employee of the store just pointed to the sign, that clearly reads no cash. Sure, I understand the self check out doesn't take cash, but if you're working here and the person only has cash, does that mean the store is absolutely unwilling to make a sale? I certainly am a fan of plastic and personally rarely carry cash, but when my credit /debit card is buried down in my luggage and it will take me more time to retrieve the card, thereby delaying the line behind me, shouldn't cash be an option? The woman working there clearly did not want to be bothered and for me that begs the question, why even put a non customer service oriented individual in the store? Wouldn't AI technology be a better use of resources? The person in this store would rather be anywhere attending to her phone than people, as she was during my transaction!

Absolutely worst experience ever. Cashier from receipt says her name was Olive May. I grabbed a drink walked to the counter to pay, others were there first in front of the counter vs the side where you pay. The employee had been sweeping the floors, approached the checkout and motioned for me to give her my drink at the same time very rudely saying “ma’am c’mon”, like I had completely annoyed her by being there. Mind you, I move fast I travel every other week, I’m not messing around. I immediately point at the other folks and say, I think they were here first. She cut me off from finishing my sentence and says “no they aren’t, they have just been looking all around, give me your drink.” The others there looked at me in disbelief at how incredibly rude and honestly mean she was being. She scanned my drink and as I grabbed my credit card out of my wallet she breathed heavy and rolled her eyes because apparently my grabbing if my payment was adding to my annoyance to her. The receipt printed, I said thank you and have a good evening, of course, crickets. It amazes me that people can be so completely mean and horrible to people and there’s zero accountability for it. Seriously do better. I never leave reviews, I am a patient, tolerant and understanding person who tries to see the best and know that sometimes people just have days of struggle and I’m not here to add to it. What a sad and disappointing experience.

The rudeness in security is absolutely absurd. I travel for work and cringe when I have to go to Atlanta. You are talked to like your an idiot. The rudeness airport security ever and I fly into a-lot of different airport weekly. The women being the worst. It’s like they enjoy talking down to people. If it was for US y’all wouldn’t have a job. Fact!

Funny how this place refuses to take cash just credit cards. Even funnier we just got through canceling our credit card after a bogus charge just after using it at this place. To call there and discuss with a human being is impossible. Buyer beware.

Expensive and overpriced! I stopped here on a quick layover in Atlanta coming back from my trip to Phoenix. There was a delay in my flight from Phoenix and because of that I didn't have time to actually have a real meal while in Atlanta. I was starving and needed something to eat before going on my next flight back to Miami. I got a soda, some chocolate and some cheese/sliced salami to snack on.... $15? I could have spent less getting fast food more less money. Then again I didn't have enough time for anything else.
