This company was very helpful and even during a tough time understood my circumstances and allowed me to withdraw from my lease and move. Anytime I had an issue, the company immediately would send someone out to resolve. I highly recommended this company for your rental/housing needs!

Rented from this company for 5 years & loved my experience. The landlord was super cordial & always got maintenance to our house quickly when asked. The owner made our renting time very safe & very pleasant

Azevedo Properties has been a joy to rent from for the past five years. Management has been super responsive when it comes to any issues and will get it done fast. The maintenance team is very friendly and as two girls living alone we have always felt very comfortable! They keep the prices fair and have some of the best locations in Normal Town! Highly recommend!
