I had to wait 20 minutes in line this morning.the poor cashier had to keep dragging the manager out of the office to fix customer discounts because they weren't being taken off. I finally get to check out and my 5 off 25 wasn't taken off.the lazy woman wouldn't login and manually take the 5 dollars off like the managers at the other DGs would have. I will email corporate and let them know about the poor management at Cohutta DG

Cohutta DG store is a joke And it's the manager lady's fault she's rude and a cow.. maybe one day the store will.get a new manager then I'll be back but NO ONE LIKES HER SHES UPTIGHT,ARROGANT AND is a jerk ?

DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A RECEIPT!!This store will call the cops on you when their self checkout system doesn’t “complete the transaction”Too bad there isn’t a zero star option. The managers, Purple hair Bertha and middle age man bun guy need to be fired.Also Terrible customer service as always. I’ve been going here for years.

They are the closest store to my house that isnt a gas station or antique shop. They always have new things anytime I swing by and for being a small store they sure cram a lot of stuff inside. They only get four stars though cause of the fact I always have to hunt for anything and the register people are almost always in the office when I get in the store. The staff can usually point me in the right direction but its kind of annoying having to hunt for stuff when I dont feel like asking someone. They also dont carry the same things from year to year because last year I totally bought seeds for my garden there and this year they dont offer seeds for flowers but they have grass seed. The aisles are always a chaotic mess though I think it's from customers not putting things back where and how they found it.

Cashier was amazing but the fact that she was the only one who was there, or so it seemed like that because I walked every isle and didn't see anyone else and the store was a disaster, is very upsetting.

The Dollar General in Cohutta, GA is one of my favorite regular places to shop. I know most of the staff by name. I feel like I am visiting family with each visit!
