Awhile back I was stranded and Auston and a friend of his noticed me in the parking lot and boosted my battery for me. I was having trouble getting my Insurance to send me help, but they showed up and I was on my way. Thanks Auston and Tyler.

I just got off work, I'm a single mom with 3 kids and I needed a windshield wiper on the passenger side of my car. Jerome looked up my car on the computer picked out the one I needed and put it on for me. He also recommended that I get a driver's side wiper too because it was worn out as well. He recommended I used rain x wipes and windshield wiper fluid which he put it in my car and washed my windshield too. Best service I have ever had! I definitely will be recommending him and Auto Zone to all of my friends. He was so nice and helpful. I didn't even have to wait. Fast service as well. I will definitely be going back for all of my car needs.

My wife was just at our local Autozone in Varnell, GA. We thought the battery was dying, which turned out to be correct. Johnathan was extremely helpful and polite with finding and installing a replacement. Great young man who goes to a local high school. He has a bright future!

The store would not replace a faulty altenator that I had just bought 2 months earlier from them. The manager and worker both were very rude and would not honor the warranty that I am well within. They wanted to argue and proceeded to j*** the altenator out of the box slamming it down on it's side onto the counter. I contacted customer service and am expecting a call from the district manager for a refund. I will never do business with this store again and I recommend anybody else do the same. 0 stars if it were an option.
