I did come in an hour before you closed to boost up my phone that I Got wet. It was very helpful and trying to help me decide what to get.. That day he worked with me on what I could afford.. The next day, he calls me says my plan wont-work With the phone I got.That's not what he said the day before.. now my bill is 85% more than it was.Not happy about that. The screen saver lasted only 1 day and the case he suggested keeps popping off..

These people will not do what they say,4 months trying to get my bill fixed always overcharging me, my bill was suppose to be 79$ first bill was over 180$ went to store and spoke with associate. They said one time charge. The next month same .went to store again.said They would fix it, next month same . Had to go to cochran store because hvill store had fire damage, cochran store was worse got there at 9am doors were locked, manager said she was counting money and couldn't let anybody in. 9: 40AM she opened the door. Got the same ole story except straight out told me my bill would not be what I was told. I went from there to cricket. Hope it's better. Tired of verizon lies..no more verizon....

Agreeing with the gentleman below if I could lower I would definitely give them a negative star. Very unhappy with the way items are checked into this location without giving credit or the knowledge for the device they have received. I guess the phone is just lost or in better terms stolen because you received a phone that you did not give said credit for. On top of it the phone can’t be located so I’m out of a phone a the credit I was supposed to be given. Leave the authorized retailers alone and just go in store to handle situations. I guess I need to get a police report for my stolen phone.

I went to the Russell Cellular store in Cochran to get a new phone. The service was awesome. Miranda helped me with my purchase and was phenomenal. The 2 ladies there knew what they were doing, could answer all my questions and NO attitude. The store was well stocked. I highly recommend Russell Cellular and will definitely be back.
