Not a great car wash, last time I came through I got a remark on my car wash of “whoever you paid to do that, you should ask them to try again” so just manage your expectations if you decide to use this facility.
Unfortunately customer service for billing is even more disappointing. After calling to cancel 3 times and being assured it’s actually cancelled, it has once again still renewed…. Hopefully 4th time is a charm? Just a warning you may need to cancel your credit cards to actually cancel this membership. Wish someone had warned me before I signed up.

Cody at the Cleveland ZIPS on Donald E Thurmond provided super customer service. We had a little trouble with our car battery and he worked to assist us and make sure we would be safely on our way. It’s so awesome to see folks helping folks instead of looking the other way!

Great service! The only thing is that they need to use the bug removal brush to make sure the front and back are clean. I mean, even the little car wash across 129 does that.

$12 for basic no add on wash. Strong vacuums, compressed air for stubborn dust, as well as spray and towels being provided. Can't beat it for DIY deep clean car detail.
