Today I came into the verizon store and my phone has been delayed shipping in twice now. Its been a week ive had no phone. So yes I was upset and needed assistance figuring out where it was. BRYAN was rude and a smart a**, cutting me off and talking over me ever other word instead of listening to why I was stressed. Instead of helping resolve or find answers to the problem he wanted to tell me how he doesn't handle shipping. We get into the system and he's telling me there's a tracking number and I could call verizon to figure out who is delivering it. I remind him I can't from my phone and ask if he could call and he says no. Then I asked if we could use the iPad or his phone to go to FedEx and try it instead, He says no. I have no working device and this boy of a man refused to help me. Mind you there is not a single other customer waiting. Meanwhile I have family in devastation from a hurricane I can't get ahold of.
Phone is delivered
6:15pm
I come into the store and need help with the transfer. I can't follow the directions that come in the package because my phone has no internet. He proceeded to tell me it would be about a 40$ service fee. I explain that I was told I could be helped with no mention of this from a previous representative when ordering my new phone under warranty. He said it's 40$, I asked him to call a supervisor and he said "I don't need to call anyone, I know what we can and can't do" at this point I grabbed my stuff and walked out. Do better Bryan. Nice is free.

Y’all this location is MUST VISIT…everyone at this location goes above and beyond. We no longer call *611 because whether it’s Taylor, Steven or Daylnn it’s better speaking to them than the rude people at the other end of *611.

dont let the name fool you, its not a verizon store, just an authorized seller. they try hit you up with their 3rd party fees and its hard to buy just a phone, as they say they can only do bundle deals...save yourself the hassle and go to gainesville...they have an actual verizon store
