They set up my phone even when my current service provider verizon was going to charge me 40.00 to set my phone up. Jackie was awesome and got my phone working and I'm switching to t mobile for phone and wifi. Verizon doesn't care about existing customers whose been with them years.

Woefully incompetent, and lied about deals to make a sale. Spent over 24 hours in the store over the first 2 weeks trying to get a usable phone. Have had to go to commerce store to get any help.
