NGT did a bang up brake job for me. Had a minor issue with a tire repair a week later, younglady up front apologized and listen to my issue said she would try to help but busy day and a sick employee it would be hard. I complained a bit and all of a sudden a young man identified as the owner came blazing out of the back and told me to leave and said I was a ungrateful bustard chased me out the door and it seem like he was going to assault a 70 year old man. BE careful with this guy!

Last night I was broke down near Walmart, and Alex from north ga tire was kind enough to walk over and didn't hesitate at all to try and help out. None of the people I called knew what the problem was and he figured it out in no time. He was very sweet and very helpful. I would recommend him to work on anyones car!

Was on vacation in the mountains and we had an issue with a tire continuously going flat on us. Before we headed home we wanted to make sure we were safe to drive the long distance. Come to find out the air valve was messed up along with a nail in our tire. This place was closing their doors when we pulled up but they did not hesitate to turn back around and open the doors back up to fix our tire. They were attentive, professional, and cared more about our safety of driving home than closing shop. That speaks volume of the kind of people they are and the business they run. Opening their doors back up at closing time instead of turning us away and saying they are closed. Could not have asked for better service! We even tried to pay extra for them opening their doors to us but their response was “Our tip is knowing you made it home safe because of our help.” Highly recommend for all of your car needs!

I took my truck there for brakes to be put on. When I went to pickup the truck from the shop I had no brakes. So I took the truck right back and they checked it out and discovered that the master cylinder was bad. This worked before I took my truck in. So they charged me about $800 to fix the brakes and the master cylinder. I would advise no one to take their vehicle to this shop!

My wife’s 2017 kia and one set for my 2018 f150
I checked everywhere for a set of coopers they where 200$ cheaper there and they always know how to help

Worst automobile experience of my life. I will never return. Forced to take legal action because they toke 5 months to finish it and returned it still not right and refused to fix it because I was upset. Owner thinks he's never done anything wrong just look at comments. BE WARNED YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE IT COST $7,000 FOR MY LESSON. I WISH THIS PLACE WOULD GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

They say if you buy tires from them they will fix flats free I went today and they told me they could not fix it today??? I told them I would wait but she told me they could not fix it today?? I will not go back

On our way through town back to TN and the alternator went out, we made it here and met the kindest most helpful people. They were able to have us up and running so quickly so we could get back on the road. 10/10 recommend for any car repair needs!
