Dr Douglas, Tiffany, Raven, and the entire staff are wonderful! Our dogs have received excellent care and we were treated with so much kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our senior dog. I followed Dr. Ashley Douglass from Gainesville to here because of her unbelievable compassion for her clients and their animals. She truly loves what she does and I will forever be grateful for her. Her support staff including the admins are just as compassionate and are always welcoming to everyone that walks through the door.
The office building is a cozy environment for all making the experience less stressful for you and your pet.

I can't put into words how AMAZING this practice is. To the kind receptionists, smart assistants and an incredibly helpful Vet - THANK YOU. We were on Vacation from TN and our pup started an alarming cough after a long day of activities. I thought he had seriously hurt his neck/throat. Vet got us in that day and asked a ton of questions to narrow down what the problem could be. They helped with his terrible cough as much as my own anxiety.
Whole atmosphere is welcoming, and pricing is better than our vet at home! We highly recommend for locals or those traveling with their pets!

Me and Rosie (my fur baby) LOVE Dr. Douglas!! In my opinion she is the best veterinarian ever. From day one her and Rosie bonded. She has helped me with Rosie's anxiety and getting her to a happy medium level that we can manage. Rosie is very comfortable around Dr. Douglas, but the biggest reason to me that she's the best is I really feel like she saved my dog's life. Rosie had a very large tumor on her leg and it was cancer. The type that spreads and reoccurrs , and if I remember correctly it can attach to vital organs . Long story short, we were just monitoring the tumor and was trying to come to terms with just making her comfortable and possibly loosing her. We had lost contact with Dr. Douglas for a while and thankfully got her back. She was on top of removing the tumor and hopefully giving her more time with us. Dr. Douglas did the surgery, 2 weeks later the biopsy results came back and it showed no cancer cells!! I do understand there is a chance it can return but as for now, she's good! Thank you so much Dr. Douglas for everything!!!!

While visiting from North Central Florida, our cocker spaniel just collapsed and stopped walking.
We were lucky to find Dr. Douglass and her office and staff.
Dr. Douglass spent 6 hours with us, performing every test.
Luckily, our baby has a non-life threatening condition and can be taken care of with meds.
We have NEVER had such a great experience or met a more knowledgeable vet than Dr. Douglass.
The following day, she called us twice checking on us. Then again the next day, her only day off!
She then gave us a complete medical record to take home with us and asked to have our local vet reach out to her, or give her our local vet's name so can discuss our dog.
WOW!

Took care of the dogs just like I expected! However they are very expensive! Plenty of low cost veterinarians in the Cleveland area! Do your research and you will save lots of money!

I travel l9ng way to come here because they are the Best. They care about my pet far and above any Doctor I've experienced Ever, and I'm 62 years old and have Always had pets! Dr. Douglas is my pet's doctor

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Douglass and the staff at Mt. Yonah Animal Hospital are. They took us in very late one afternoon as a new patient and took care of Gus our dachshund until there was nothing else we could do. Dr. Douglass kept in touch with us all during his illness and we will be forever grateful to all of them. I am so thankful there are wonderful vets and staff that care as much about your animals as you do.
