After using another large chain Pharmacy in Cleveland for many months and having to wait up to 2 weeks at a time to get my medications filled and subpar service from the employees and Pharmacist there, I started going to Ingles and while there still maybe a wait on getting the medications I need, it's only 1 or 2 days compared to 2 weeks. Ingles Pharmacy employees and Pharmacists are very nice and helpful!! I'm thankful they help me when I need it

This is one of the best pharmacies in the southeast US. The bad reviews are from people who don't understand insurance or how pharmacies operate. A regular wait time here is about 5 minutes. No other pharmacy I've been to can consistently do this. If it's a hard to find medication, they almost always have it. They will reconcile a miswritten Rx with your doctor in minutes. They answer EVERY phone call within 15 seconds. this pharmacy deserves 6 stars. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Good selection of fresh produce including some organic. Deli has great sandwiches and good selection of other items. I have always experienced friendly service. The store is clean. Has a seafood Dept and for a small town that's a Plus. I recomend this store.

Worst customer service experienceof my lifetime. A 1 is way too generous. The people who work there, including the head pharmacist, are hostile & disrespectful. Called my 40 year MD an idiot. They were too lazy to fill a needed prescription even though they had 4 hours. I strongly suggest you don't trust this awful business.

Ingles is close to my home town of Charlotte but the market is dominated by Harris-Teeter (a subsidiary of Kroger) and Publix. We don't have an Ingles in Charlotte but they're close. So I always enjoy the opportunity to try something different and it reminds me that I'd love to have an Ingles closer to me for shopping.This is a large format store with fresh foods, deli, bakery, produce, a huge grocery section, butcher on site, fishmonger and a big frozen section. I had no trouble placing an order at the deli (yay, I can go shop instead of wait) and did pick up some bread and mayo and chips so that when I returned to the deli, my order was ready.Prices are not low but are reasonable. Everything is more expensive these days but I think the prices are competitive with what I'm used to. Especially the deals and sale items.[Review 20031 overall - 632 in Georgia - 1006 of 2023.]

I love Ingles!! Being from Florida, I love a clean, bright grocery store that is average sized and yet seems to have everything!Tge customer service is fantastic, and the selections are great!Be sure to get yourself a store card and git to it!!!

So clean. Such good salad bar. Sandwich station with boars head meat. The person who made our subs was great. Starbucks in front. Will come back anytime I'm in north Georgia. Prices are great too. Way more affordable than in Atlanta.
