I had a repair done there one time and was impressed....but went back again and realized I couldnt deal with his wife/she works in the office. She said she couldnt get the part for my car and charged me for a PARTIAL diagnosis.What good is a partial diagnosis on one car problem?? Including other problems,Her arrogance is the worst I've ever seen!! I would think shes going to hurt his business!! If not for her I'd go back and give him another chance.I think she needs customer service training!....Yes I later called her again but only by mistake,I dialed the wrong number. I tried to decently tell her i dialed the wrong number but she was ranting raving and hollering so loud I just hung up. She knows I dont like her childish and arrogant ways!! I wouldnt use the business if it was Free!!!

A true mechanic shop. Knocked out a hard line brake job in less than 5 hours on my rusty 4Runner. Made the lines themselves. Exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend.

I took my car up there and dropped it off to get my tires rotated and balanced. Simple right? Well obviously not because when I picked my car up yesterday nothing had been done to it. The tires were still in the same position that I’d left them in and I don’t believe they even took a look at it, but best believe they charged me for the labor they obviously did not do. I will NOT be coming back here.

This shop is a rip off. My grandpa took his vehicle in after it was having an issue where it would just shut off. He spent $2k to have the issue resolved. Shortly after picking the vehicle up as it was supposed to be fixed, it shut off again. He had it towed back to the shop where they charged him another $300 to replace a cam shaft sensor that he has already paid them to replace the day prior. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy shop this isn’t it. Someone that takes advantage of the elderly will take advantage of anyone. I would highly suggest looking for a different shop if you’re in need of mechanic services.

I can not say enough about Hell on Wheels. I am in camper sales and work out of town but live in Helen Ga. I had a customer who bought a camper from me and went camping in Helen which is 5 hours from there home. There vehicles power steering went out and I advised them to go to Hell on Wheels due there great prices and feedback from our community. They got my customer up in running in a very fast time. Great customer service at this place! I have in the past sent them several out of town customers that they probably don’t even know about. As always every customer has been pleased with the price and the work. Thank you Hell on Wheels! You will definitely get me, my family and everyone if ever ask me our continued support!
