Gun commanders is a really good and informative gun store i love the details they speak to you about and they will answer any questions you have pertaining to self defense and everyday carry i would also note the fact that they do cerakote work and it looks very professional..WOULD COME BACK ANYTIME!

If you’re into guns.. this is THE PLACE to go!-Yes, they have great selection on guns. And not just your common guns but hard to find guns (MCX, Scar, CMMG, AR-18s, etc)- Yes, they have optics, ammo, accessories,- Yes, they have an onsite gunsmith, and they can cerakote guns. But what sets this place apart is the staff. Mike is today’s modern day passionate gunsmith who loves his craft, so we the people, can trust and love our guns!

Absolutely the sweetest, most kind, and helpful staff I’ve ever met at any locally owned business. Completely worth driving out of the way to come to this shop. My buddies and I didn’t have chamber flags for our guns and unfortunately not many stores sell them and they literally gave us three of theirs from their own personal stash for free! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for phenomenal service and help with all of their firearm needs and questions and looking for affordable pricing!

So this place is very over priced. The folks behind the counter are pretty rude. I pulled my phone out to zoom in on the price tags of guns hanging on the wall. Apparently that was not allowed and the old grumpy behind the counter starts yelling and clapping his hands like a crazy person. Finally someone spoke plainly and told me they dont allow pictures. Which is fine and all post a sign. Dont yell at customers like are animals or children. Super bad experience definitely will not be back.

Fantastic shop. Hands down the best in a 100 mile radius of white county. I mean they have actually attachments and accessories you want. Bcm. Magpul. Blue force. Stuff I would not expect. The owner is fantastic and let me chat away with him and I may have found my gun doppelgänger. “Mp7 at home” - you know who you are lol. Great guy at the counter. Grabbed some items, even some cerakoted items (their cerakote is amazing people. Check it out!). Prices are fair, again seeing as you’d have to drive to Atlanta to source a Kriss Vector stock. That’s the stuff they have. Who else up here has every variant of a SCAR? Go here for all your needs!!

I helped build and managed this store for years while it was under different ownership. I haven't been in the store as a customer in several years since the new owners took over but if Walker or Will are still there.. you won't find better guys to buy guns from. Walker and Will.. Best in the biz!

Wayyyyyy over priced! Any other shop is close to $100 cheaper on guns and way cheaper on ammo. Don't bother here. Based on your response, no I will definitely never go to your store. My review was on research and people who have been in your store. All research was your website on prices and people who have been in your store. So you have never met me and don't know anything about my conduct!!! So your response was an outright lie! From your reaction, not doing business with you is the best thing for everyone.

What a great find! We have driven past this place at least a dozen times always thinking we will stop. Today we did. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. The shop was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back for another purchase!!

Amazing shop, very friendly and knowledgeable people. Had a great conversation with the owner Mike Carter. Went in today to do a trade and came out with more than i was expecting. Glad to have found Gun Commanders and will definitely be going back.

Went there under previous ownership, versus now. New owner has had it for a couple of years and has definitely turned it around. Always SUPER nice. If you got an hour to spare talk to Mike. SUUUPER nice guy and always has some kind of cool story or new gun or gadget to show off!If they dont have it in stock, they'll get it for you. Most prices are reasonable, and they have a good selection of guns and ammo. 10/10Also: forgot to mention their TOP SALESPEOPLE: THE HUSKIES!!! 100000/10 would pet again!!
