Stopped in here to look at campers. Have cash in hand to buy one. Didn’t necessarily have to buy one today but would definitely like to have the freedom to look. Gate was open and the sales person come out and told me it’s best to look around at open hours. I think it’s best to have your gate closed if you’re closed. And first of all I was a car salesman and I have NEVER ran someone off. I’d help them regardless. Only positive thing I seen was the pricing was decent.

Shawn and his team have always treated us like family. From parts to sales to service they have been outstanding to us. We have an rv dealer 5 mins from us that wouldn't even take the time to order us parts. Shawn did.... He has always taken care of us and so has his awesome team of people.

Went to Cleveland RV on Saturday, May 18 to look at travel trailers. Shonn (the owner) met us and invited us to look around. All of the campers were unlocked and we were free to browse without be followed or pressured. This was a great start, since l like to look without a salesman following me and making me uncomfortable as my wife and l look and talk.
We found the camper we liked (that l had already looked at on their website). We looked at another camper lot, but called Shonn and told him we would buy the one we liked.
We were back Wednesday, May 22 to do paperwork and have the camper demonstrated.
Jerry the service tech gave us a tour of our camper, explained everything and answered all of our questions about the camper.
Shonn was great to do business with, Jerry was a very knowledgeable service tech, and Bryan in the parts department were all great to do business with.
I definitely recommend Cleveland RV.

Purchased a used travel trailer around September. They advised us that there had been a light leak they had repaired and the floors would need to be replaced. Foolishly my husband and I didn’t think that was an issue. Welll no it wasn’t fixed. Nor were any of the leaks fixed. Nor were we advised the water heater had busted (hence that was new) and the entire floor was ROTTED out from water damage. The walls were bubbled out from water damage. Not a “little leak” that had been fixed. 10k cash for an entire mess. Shame on this company for advertising and misleading my husband. Would never recommend this company and will never buy an rv from this company.Seeing as you responded I will have my husband contact you after the holidays. Generally this type of transaction is considered an “as is” which I’m pretty sure our paperwork says. That’s why we didn’t bother calling about it.

If you want to buy a camper you have to be approved and put deposit before you can even check it out then they want to charge a 300.00 inspection few for a consignment and my husband was going to take a generator over there and check it out and they wouldn't even let him.Going to another dealer

This is a great place. We didn't buy our RV here but do store it and have all maintenance done by Cleveland RV. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they provide competent and professional service. We absolutely love this place.

We were not bombarded by salespeople. We got to walk around a look without feeling pressured by someone who just wants to make a commission and sells you something you later regret. I love that .After we had looked around a while, someone did come and check on us to see if we had any questions or help with anything.We will be purchasing our camper from them.

I am 77 years old. I have dealt with RVs my whole life. I think 8 of them I have owned. (I am "qualifying" myself to you...lol). These folks are simply amazing!!! Shonn treats you like family. I know that sounds corny. but it is true. He runs his business the way a business should be run. Wait until Leanne makes you feel at ease when it is paperwork time. I am telling you folks, THESE PEOPLE ARE REAL !.. If you are like me and live a ways away--it is worth the drive to see how an RV place should be run.

Just purchased a New Riverside Explorer RV and had the best dealership experience. All the staff were amazing, we were greeted really friendly. Although we had so many questions to ask since this is our 1st RV, Cleveland RV was there to make sure we understood everything about our purchase. They even went beyond their way to help us entertain our toddler during the paperwork. No one rushed us to buy and were able to free look easily, which was horrible at Camping World. We definitely recommend Cleveland RV to anyone, and when the time comes to upgrade, we will definitely be going back!
