When I first approached Mountain Valley Community Bank at the request of my real estate agent, I wasn't sure what to expect. My situation was unique. Mountain Valley Community Bank is one of the only (if not THE only) banks that loans on these kind of dwellings and if not for them, my income stream would have been delayed.
