Absolutely do not do business with this character. Had a convertible top installed ionmy car. After I got home the top would not go down so I called this dealer back and was told bring it over on a Wednesday those are his slow days. After getting there I waited 20 minutes for him to get off the phone with his banker and, he then finally went out to look at my car spent less than 1 minute told me to call him back and make an appointment for another day. Had no concern at all how the distance I had to travel to get to his poor business. The top also is very poor quality. His lifetime warranty expires as soon as he gets his money

Upon the recommendation of a local leather craftsman, I went to Atlas to have a custom seat made for a '73 Triumph motorcycle I am converting to a cafe bike. Jack took time to advise me regarding the design of the new seat pan and mount, took adequate time to ensure he was clear on how I wanted the seat to look and had the perfect leather with which to cover the seat. The shop turned the work around quickly and the result was exactly what I had in mind. Jack has a very direct manner of doing business (which I appreciate), the office and shop personnel are friendly and helpful. The craftsmanship is excellent and pricing is very reasonable. Sadly, shops like this are few and far between these days.

Excellent work. I had them reupholster the furniture in my RV. We love the results. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Atlas as long as you aren't in a hurry. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

This is my favorite place to go for auto upholstery, with our daughter owning a Jeep Wrangler & my husbands 1970 ford Bronco we have used Atlas seats and tops on several occasions. Jack is always upfront with pricing and schedules us on convenient days as we drive two hours to this location. Well worth the trip fro Alpharetta! For quality service and pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas and I have already sent several neighbors to his shop.

Communication here is terrible. Called a few days in advance to have a rear window fixed on my convertible. I was told they would take care of it first thing in the morning on the agreed date and that it would be done while I waited. I stressed to them over the phone that it had to be done that morning due to me having work later that day. He said this was no problem and they would take care of it. I drove over an hour to the shop and when I arrived, I was told they couldn't even start it that day, and he quoted me almost double what I was told over the phone. Dont waste your time here.

I went in to purchase parts for trailer axles. The young lady that works the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable even while multitasking and taking care of a phone call as well as helping me. Thanks for the great service and I will return.

Had my pontoon upholstery redone with these folks. Great job and faster than anyone else had quoted me (also, a bit less expensive than 2 other places in Buford). Not only does the work look better than when it was new, they stand behind their work (warranty in case of future issues). Very happy that I stayed local and couldn't recommend them more!
