Seeing a lot of low reviews, I wanted to share another perspective. Bought a large item and got the wrong item shipped to me (a much cheaper and smaller item). To be fair, the item was direct shipped from the manufacturer, so I don't know where the fault lay. Once I reached out, however, Iron Accents rectified the situation and the correct item was shipped out promptly. The item was as pictured--a beautiful piece--and the price was the best found on the internet. So, the experience was ultimately satisfactory with a bit of a bump in the road. Note: Recommended that you contact them via email rather than phone for the most effective communication.

Recently we were a first-time customer purchasing a large bookcase for our home. The item arrived in time as promised but had a minor issue.We contacted Iron Accents, left a message and they got back to us right away promising to resolve our issue. We took a couple of pictures of the issue and forwarded them to IA. They in turn contacted the manufacturer and within a very short time our issue was resolved to our satisfaction. I might add that all of this took place over the holidays when you would expect responses of this nature would be slow!Thanks so much Iron Accents for your excellent service. We'll be Back!!!

Their custom window rods are completely false advertising. There is no "math" involved, the rods are just cut to the measurements of your wall, not adjusting for bracket projection as is suggested by the diagrams. I ended up paying $450 for a bay window rod that is now just sitting in a corner collecting dust because it doesn't actually fit my window. All attempts to follow up with the company were futile. They were dismissive and unhelpful. I called and emailed, and eventually got told that the manufacturer "did the measurements" (yes, Iron Accents is just a middle man). Will never buy anything from this company again.

I received my order today and the box was much heavier than I had anticipated. I opened the wind chimes and was so excited at how beautiful they were and how lovely the sounds were.When I ordered.them, I had pictured them smaller and lighter, but was pleasantly surprised. I love them! These will be treasured by those receiving them this Christmas.Thank you for making such a quality product and for the swift delivery. Now I can deliver them in person and see the reactions of the recipients.

Among the things I value most are fine old-world craftsmanship and a commitment to the environment. Both come together with this exemplary small business which produces hand-crafted metal-works on par with and in the spirit of generations past. These are dwindling concerns in today's world of mass production, which all-too-often are lacking in taste or style as well. But this shop does it all, and with finesse, warmth and kindness. I give them 6 out of 5 stars!

I purchased canisters from the place. One was defective and none of them had any rubber or adhesive to keep the top from slipping as it is glas on glass. When I contacted customer service they said they would allow me to return because of the defective one but I have to pay for the shipping. Furthermore they knew there was a problem with the canisters but they sell them anyway. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I was charged for an item they discontinued. After five business days, I had not received a refund for the item they did not even have when I placed the order. Their policy is 5 business days for refunds but that is not true.Apparently THEY get to choose the day they want to charge you for the items they do not have and, therefore they get to decided to refund you for the unauthorized charge when they want.After numerous queries, they finally refunded my account, but not the full amount. I was missing nearly $9.00. When I asked I was told that it was for the shipping on the item they never have and never sent to me.I order online a lot and I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. Never again.So they you go….

I am hoping that this is the right place. I was looking for a pillow for my bed. Simple enough, right? WRONG! I ordered this pillow and was super excited. it took quite a while to receive, with know update of any kind. I had to call them to see where this item was.Upon opening this pillow, I was surprised at how different it looked in person. So, I thought know problem, I'll return it. I was told it wasn't returnable due to the fact that it was on sale. Still $85.00! ( not my normal price for a pillow!) I called them and after a few try's, got a human being. I explained that this item was misrepresented in their site, and would they please reconsider. After waiting some more, I finally received an email saying that they would give me a credit, but were charging me $24.95 for shipping the return, and, that they wanted it returned from Fedex. I took the pillow into Fedex, and they were charging me $45.00 to ship, plus the $24.95 that Iron Accents were going to charge! So! Do I want a credit from this company, I do, Is it worth dealing with this type of customer service? NO! I took photo's of it and have posted it on OfferUp. Finger's crossed. So if you decide to purchase something from this Iron Accents, make sure it's not on sale and that you really love it. I have never had such a lousy shopping experience in my shopping life! So bummed!

Ordered a coat rack from this company that stated on the website that it was in stock and ready to ship. After a week, it did finally ship only to be re-directed back to the supplier. I contacted the company to inform them we needed to move on as we could not wait any longer. I was told that the item was already shipped again. I again began to track and once again, it never got to our home. It once again was sent back to the supplier. I asked that we receive a refund as now it is over a month since we ordered the item. I was told by Christin that a refund would be issued. Nothing, no refund. I emailed again to have this refunded, no reply and no refund. I have since issued a clawback of the charge through my credit card and apparently, the company will not even respond to them. Very poor experience and waist of time.

I purchased a personalized tray as an anniversary gift for my husband. This was my first purchase with Iron Accents. I was concerned about it arriving in time since I ordered it a week ahead of the date needed. I called Iron Accents and they immediately expedited my order to get it to me by the needed date. It arrived in time and I was so pleased with the quality and the level of customer service. I would highly recommend Iron Accents to anyone I know!

This place is terrible. I ordered eight items, and they took over a month to come in the mail-three of the items were gifts, and the birthdays and Valentine's day went by. In the meantime, I reached out with emails, and seemed to get the runaround (they were waiting on one or two items). I suggested that they might want to send what they had, and then ship the items they had yet to receive-to deaf ears. You know, like any other business that I have ordered from in the past. Finally, I got so fed up that I exchanged an item just to have it shipped because over a month had passed by. The order arrived in decent time once shipped., and the items are nice enough-this is the one star. One item, a dragonfly was defective-only had one eye stamped out. I contacted them and sent a photo of the dragonfly. I received a reply that I had to pack it back up, and they would send me a shipping label to send the defective item back to them (make a special trip to UPS). They would ship me a replacement once they received the defective item-that should have never been shipped in the first place. I got annoyed-to say the least-over an item that cost $9.95! Any other business would just have shipped the non-defective dragonfly. I sent a reply and asked to have a manager notify me. I received a reply with the $9.95 being refunded, and no new item coming my way. I would recommend you search elsewhere for these type of items. Worst experience online ordering I have ever had before.

I purchased a piece for a client; the finish was different from the photo and the piece was too large. When I received the Return authorization number, I was informed that they would be deducting about 1/3 of the original cost of the item for shipping and handling charges. By the time I paid for return shipping, there was hardly anything to refund. This company has a terrible return policy. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Iron Accents, Inc.
