“I'd give 10 stars if possible. 3 hours from home the Friday before Christmas and our water pump goes out. Get the car to them about 3, they stayed late until 8:30 getting everything replaced to make sure we got home for Christmas. And to me back to our cabin (20 minutes each way) to wait and picked me back up when they were through. Great work, great service.”

“While he doesn't specialize in them, I've taken my '96 BMW 318 convertible to Beal for almost 8 years and the car is still running strong. I'm going to sell it because I bought a Lexus. Beal doesn't work on those so I hope to find another mechanic as reliable, honest, and affordable as him. If you are an Audi or Porsche owner, Checkpoint Auto is the ONLY place you should go.”

“Last month, my Nissan Frontier had no issue during our long drive to Helen, GA during a week of torrential Spring storms. As we were dashing in and out of rain showers while exploring Cleveland's antique and thrift stores, I discovered my engine would not turn over and all the icons including the check engine light would appear on the dash, and then it would not power down even with the key out. We removed the battery cables and cleaned the battery terminals. I would let the system settle for a few minutes and then it would start and run without issue, but the check engine light would reappear after a few minutes. I asked O'Reilly Auto Parts to check it with the quickie system checker but nothing appeared. I asked for directions to the best mechanic for this issue and they recommended ARI. ARI put it on their laptop system checker and several codes appeared that they contributed to a "glitch" in the system, so they were able to do a hard-start (aka "electronic slap in the head") and clear the system. They verified my newer battery was still good and did not charge me for a bunch of guess work parts changing that other shops probably would have. They were quick and professional, and I had no other issues for the rest of my trip. Great Service!”

I called in looking for a hard to find exhaust reducer and some exhaust clamps. not only did they have them IN STOCK but they were $30 cheaper than Amazon and $50 cheaper than any where else. won't go anywhere but Cleveland Diesel for my Diesel needs from now on. glad they are so close to home. the fellas on the phone and at the counter were fantastic and very personable fellas as well. much appreciated guys I'll tell everyone I know”

“We took our little Honda Civic for a timing belt replacement, which they did quickly and effectively for a fair price. In the next few days the car started making some noise, so we took it to them early in the morning and all of the guys jumped right on it and figured it out very quickly and fixed the issue(turns out it was the power steering). They are very professional and honest and you can tell they care about their customers. Thank you Satterfield's! We will definitely be back for all our repairs ðŸ‘👔

“I'm writing to extend a deeply grateful and appreciative THANK YOU to Evan and Megan of Ideal Auto Services. OOT visitor to do some hiking in the area, ended up with a flat tire (run flat) and limped our way to the only garage near us. Evan immediately assessed the challenges we faced at trying to fix our problem late in the day. He called other garages to find the proper sized tire for our vehicle with no luck. We had to consider finding a place to stay the night; but, we were finally able to find a tow to get us to Athens. However, while it took 4 hours for all of this to get figured out, Megan and her lovely little assistant were very kind, patient and friendly. Evan kept checking in with us while we waited for our tow to arrive.
Overall, it was so wonderful to have a very challenging experience met with kind, friendly and helpful people. Thank you so very much, Evan and Megan!!”
