“We got a nail in the front tire of a Sprinter conversion camper. We were 45 min away in Helen and called every garage around and only North Hall even tried to help us. We plugged the tire ourselves, then brought it there for inspection and to swap the tire to the back. This team was awesome. The shop was more concerned with our families safety than making money. We greatly apricated them and the work they do. Every customer we saw there seemed thrilled to to business with them.”
“A+ in every aspect. It is apparent the owners Billy and Frank strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I had the front struts, shocks and steering column repaired. The car runs better than ever. What I appreciated the most was their integrity, first explaining what the repair would entail and the estimate. However after diagnosing the steering column rattle, they called to inform me it was only a joint that warranted replacement and not the entire intermediate shaft like they anticipated. The repair cost was substantially less than the original estimate . That, has never happened to me. These men not only take pride in repairing your car, they are as honest as the day is long. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you ARI!”

My husband on this thread has a gas line rupture on his bike and got stranded at napa, they were very little help, but Mike left work and came all the way from cleveland to Gainesville to help my husband try and fix his fuel line. I had to leave to pick up our son. The fuel lines to too far gone so they had to take it to his shop so, Mike brought my husband to the shop with him so I could pick him up. You went above and beyond thank you so much Mike.”

After having them look over the vehicle, it was determined that I idler arm I had installed was bad from the manufacturer and they had me go buy a New idler arm and they replaced it and redid the alignment. Free of charge overall happy with the service after speaking with Mr. Jeremy at Pritchett.
PSA: took my truck to prichett last week for a alignment and to get my idler arm installed.
After a week it had fell out of alignment got under it to check what was going on.
They never greased the idler arm even though I verbally told them it wasn’t pre greased and wrote it on the bag.
It’s a good thing I knew what I was looking at and didn’t just go on there “it’s good”.
I understand mistakes happen but they were rude from the start of this whole process and ended it by almost costing me $400.”
“what a great place. first time using them. I called in looking for a hard to find exhaust reducer and some exhaust clamps. not only did they have them IN STOCK but they were $30 cheaper than Amazon and $50 cheaper than any where else. won't go anywhere but Cleveland Diesel for my Diesel needs from now on. glad they are so close to home. the fellas on the phone and at the counter were fantastic and very personable fellas as well. much appreciated guys I'll tell everyone I know”

“We took our little Honda Civic for a timing belt replacement, which they did quickly and effectively for a fair price. In the next few days the car started making some noise, so we took it to them early in the morning and all of the guys jumped right on it and figured it out very quickly and fixed the issue(turns out it was the power steering). Even though they were super busy they were able to get my oil cooler and injectors replaced within a couple days. Im so glad I found this place and would recommend them to anyone.”
