They were able to help me transfer some lines from a personal account to a business account. However, it was definitely not "service with a smile" from Chastity and she failed to mention that there was going to be a $40 charge until we were completely done. Unwilling to waive or even discount the fee, she even admitted that I could have made the call myself for free but never presented that as an option.

Not friendly just worried about Commission sold a phone to a veteran that couldn't use it when he brings it back next day really a pain getting another phone wouldn't give all his money back not a good place to deal with I've been a version customer for 24 years and not empressed

It is the worst public service store I have ever been in. Waited 1 1/2 hour with 1 clerk on 1 customer before leaving to drive 30 mi to another Verizon Store for service.
