Terrible. The replaced my car with cheaper amazon parts that weren't compatible with my car and made things worse. Pocketed the insurance money from getting the cheaper parts. Wouldn't recommend at all.

On vacation from Florida and hit a deer disabling our vehicle. Choose Smith Collision from several local choices. Very helpful and courteous. Supply chain issues required leaving the vehicle 7+ hours from home. Shayne and crew were very understanding and knowledgable working through adjusters/insurance reps while keeping me informed.
