The other company refused to take a payment over the phone and reserve a space for me; they insisted that I had to visit first, and take a tour. Since I was out of state, and pushed into a quick real estate transaction, This was impossible. Thankfully, Donna at In Town Storage was great. She told me what was available, took my reservation and my payment, and sent me instructions on how to access my unit. My only negative might be that I wish they kept the temperature a little higher in winter. It's still Cold in those units!”
