My car's battery was showing signs of dying so i stopped at O'Reilly to get it tested. It is raining lightly and the gentleman in the store said he wouldn't test anything in the rain. So i went to Advanced Autoparts and they are making sure im safe and not disabled on the road.*Edit to add* since i cannot reply to your reply. Your store manager, Dustin, I've come to learn, is leaving. His excuse to me was "i dont want to get electrocuted". The fact that your STORE MANAGER does not understand he physically cannot be electrocuted by a 12V battery is disturbing. My hope is that he really just didnt want to help me. Because if he really believes he can be killed testing a battery, you clearly do not vet the capabilities of your employees. No thanks. I will rather trust a company that knows their trade and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Especially a woman, worried about being stranded on the road in the rain. Dustin can go suck a battery terminal.

I’m am new to the Clayton area and just getting acquainted with some of my go-to places and I’ve never had anything but great customer service and generosity from various O’Reilly across the United States but this specific Clayton location tops them all by far! The staff goes absolutely above & beyond across the board! Not only are they kind, very welcoming, and super friendly and honest, they will go the allowed extent to do whatever it is to meet your needs and help in any way form or fashion!!! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your great service wish there were several others just like y’all!!!

Greg and Amanda were very helpful when my car had an oil problem and engine knock censor issue. Unfortunately, it died up the road and had to be towed. But they were really helpful hooking up the diagnostics and seeing what else is wrong. Turns out, Kia is having issues countrywide

Poor customer service! Gave me a price for new rotors when I had plainly told her I wanted them surfaced. Female manager had a bad attitude and used every excuse in the book why she couldn’t give me a courtesy call and let me know she wasn’t going to turn my rotors. 2 1/2 hours later I returned and they were still sitting in the floor where I left them. She told me the turning machine “wasn’t” working. I believe because of her unprofessional attitude she thought “she would show me”!I will never shop at the Clayton location again and most likely will never do business with Oreilly’s period! A great way to lose business and customers!

The sales person helped me to make a decision to break off the older lug nuts on my car wheels and start over by putting new ones on. This was an older car, and when I had to replace a tire lately, no one could find anything that would fit the lug nuts to take the tire off. So, they had to break the tire lugs off. Now, I am breaking off all of the tire lug nuts and replacing them with new ones.

Literally do not waste your time going to this O'Reilly's. The people that work there have absolutely no clue what they're doing, they just hand out the wrong part and in sheer determination try and tell you that you're wrong. We've been given the wrong part 3 times, just go to advanced auto, don't stop here.

Staff was great but transmission my dad bought here last 6 weeks, then started gushing trans fluid. Luckily he stopped the truck before it pumped all of it out. But O'Reilly's hopefully will stand by they're warranty. They're having to pay for the new transmission. Lesson learned, never buy a refurbished transmission from O'Reilly's. Go for a new . In the end the extra$ is worth not having to do it twice ?Update...oreillys sucks. Didn't stand by they're warranty at all my dad ended up paying out of pocket. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OREILLYS . DONE WITH THIS PLACE. HOPE YOUR HAPPY MY DADS OUT $1100...???♀️??

My battery had gone bad and this store was just down the road. In a matter of 30 minutes I was able to purchase a battery and have it installed and I was on my way. The installer was was woman and she didn't hesitate to installed the battery outside in the rain.. kudos to you.. Great service I was really pleased.
