This is my auto parts store! I drive 30 min just to get the service and advice from Jay the GM. He has helped w our 2003 Chev 4x4 as well as our 2013 Dodge 1500 . Jay has always taken time to listen to my situation or vehicle question. He is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would drive an hour if I had to to do business w Jay and this O’Reilly store. He has good prices as well. I bought my 1200 jump box w air compressor from him and it was the lowest price I found in town! Excellent service and knowledge all around ! 5stars from me!!!

Jay is so incredibly professional and kind. I needed new batteries for my diesel. He explained my options and offered to help install them, and help he did! Just kidding, he did all the work while I was probably in his way the whole time, trying to help.
Before he got started, he explained that he’s short staffed and may need to take care of other customers in between, which was wonderful because the AC breaks added a nice touch:)
Jay clearly had a lot on his plate, but he remained cool as a cucumber. I’ll definitely go back for my auto part needs.

My car's battery was showing signs of dying so i stopped at O'Reilly to get it tested. It is raining lightly and the gentleman in the store said he wouldn't test anything in the rain. So i went to Advanced Autoparts and they are making sure im safe and not disabled on the road.*Edit to add* since i cannot reply to your reply. Your store manager, Dustin, I've come to learn, is leaving. His excuse to me was "i dont want to get electrocuted". The fact that your STORE MANAGER does not understand he physically cannot be electrocuted by a 12V battery is disturbing. My hope is that he really just didnt want to help me. Because if he really believes he can be killed testing a battery, you clearly do not vet the capabilities of your employees. No thanks. I will rather trust a company that knows their trade and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Especially a woman, worried about being stranded on the road in the rain. Dustin can go suck a battery terminal.

I’m am new to the Clayton area and just getting acquainted with some of my go-to places and I’ve never had anything but great customer service and generosity from various O’Reilly across the United States but this specific Clayton location tops them all by far! The staff goes absolutely above & beyond across the board! Not only are they kind, very welcoming, and super friendly and honest, they will go the allowed extent to do whatever it is to meet your needs and help in any way form or fashion!!! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your great service wish there were several others just like y’all!!!
