Very nice people, the woman that runs the place is very affable once you get to know her .
I admittedly will be the first to admit.
I was more than a little taken back upon discovering my friend had left my vehicle for several weeks in a parking lot in our little town and upon finding out it had been towed away due to its not properly being removed by my friend and being in the tow yard for several weeks had occurred a large few due upon its release .
A happening that had happened to my dissatisfaction far to many times in the past few months
Dispite my confusion and admittedly my own anger at myself for having allowed this to carry on .
This woman showed such professionalism and poised with grace calmed me down in just a few moments and assured me should I be needing the services of this shop she would take care of my needs if I would give her a call and notify her of my needs
I fortunately have not needed her assistance as of yet.
But should that time come again.
And as things go I'm sure the day will come.
I have complete confidence in her words and abilities to take care of my problems concerning my vehicles.
I hope she sees this long ago misplaced text and remembers me and knows I thanked her for all of her efforts in helping me

Took over and hour to arrive. Charged $182 to get keys out of truck. I get that there should be a service charge, and I'm good with paying something but $182 was and is a ridiculous amount for what takes 15 minutes and I was in the area!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND *****DON'T USE THIS COMPANYI called this company to help wrench a truck out , the lady I spoke with told me she will have a driver contact me , the driver called me an hour later telling me he is on his way to the location ,when he got there he called me saying I should cll the office back to pay before he started wrenching out the truck he said he didn't know how much they will charge , I called the office spoke with the same lady she didn't know how much she said would call me back , they called me back with a $300 bill which he spent less than 10 minutes to wrench out , I asked why I wasn't informed before wrenching they claim they charge $150 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours so basically you have to pay a minimum of $300 the owner Keith was very rude and unprofessional he told me if I don't pay he will impound the vehicle , which he then told the driver to tow the vehicle to his office with my driver in the vehicle ..I was treated horribly and forced to pay the $300they didn't think it was wrong not saying that in the beginningthey are the worst and won't advice anyone to use them from my experience...!!!!!

James came to my rescue when AAA did not. I was locked out of my van at Tallulla State Park: I'm a AAA member for 30+ yrs: After AAA, who said they could not help me because of my location... I then called police, 911 and 9 other local NON AAA towing guys. After 4 hrs of a frantic wait, in the hot sun, James Paint Shop Owner showed up to unlock our van. It took him 3 minutes. THANK YOU JAMES.

These guys towed my car from the accident location, this body shop was horrible. They where extremely unprofessional. The lady at the desk was rude and not willing to give any information about my car. james was extremely rude over the phone. They started tearing down and working on my car WITH OUT TELLING ME. These people are crooks. Once I realized what was going on I attempted to move my car to another body shop location. They demand i pay them for the tear down that no one approved of doing. They told me they wouldn't release my car till i payed them money. please do not use this place.

James was very helpful and efficient in working with me and the Geico claims adjuster on my Ford Focus small repair job. I know that I can trust him when he does the work on my car. For any vehicle repair job, talk to James at James Paint and Body Shop. He will do a good job for you that you will be proud of and pleased with.

Our car broke down on our vacation. They came got our car and also drove us 3 hours back home. Will the driver was very professional and pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone!!

The young man that worked there was very nice but the lady that run the front office was rude and very short with us I would not recommend going there at all we had no choice at the time. Rudeness won't get you anywhere
