This is such a wonderful place! The owners are incredibly helpful and have become dear friends since first visiting their shop. My wife and I furnished our entire home from Dogwoods and could not be happier about the experience. Highly recommend!

Great place to get inspired, the owners always put together the latest in furniture and lighting with genuine antique accessories. It is their ability to combine different eras and create a look that makes you want to take the whole store home with you that makes you frustrated by the prices.

Absolutely beauty and exquisite decor. You must come in to see Kathy’s gift for decorating and picking beautiful unique pieces of furniture. We are truly lucky to have wonderful neighbors and a shop with very nice taste to shop for special gifts.

Love this beautiful store on Main Street in Clayton! Rugs, furniture, decor, clothing. Although I could purchase many of Kathy’s unique pieces, I’m especially fond of the Ann Pass pottery. Each piece in this collection has a beautiful dogwood bloom on it. Be sure to visit if you’re in the Clayton area or if not, go online.

I agree it is a very lovely shop. Lots of beautiful things. However, I found employees to be extremely condescending today. I happened to drive over to Clayton on a whim with a girlfriend right after our morning walk. We were still dressed in our workout clothes and didn't have on our makeup. We jumped into Dogwoods because I wanted to show my friend some of the beautiful Johnny Was clothing - Dogwoods carried a few pieces. I love Johnny Was and own quite a few items. My friend and I didn't stay long as we were on a tight schedule, and the manager was very abrupt with us and quite snobbish. We were the only customers in there. I guess we didn't look like we could afford her goods, which was not an accurate assessment. This was hurtful and unnecessary. I won't be going back.

This store is amazing and the decor makes you want to buy one of everything. If you want well made and stylish, current furniture, this is your place. The artwork is all original. The owner is adorable and has great taste.

While Dogwoods' products are appealing and on trend, the customer service leaves much to be desired. No one offered to help and were more interested in their private conversations. When they were paying attention, we were given many side eyes as we picked up products to look at the details or price as if we were looking to steal or break the products. We were also not allowed to sit on any of the furniture, and personally I am not purchasing a chair or sofa if I can't sit in it. My family and I would be more prone to purchase products here if the assistants were more welcoming and helpful. We love supporting small businesses but not when the customer service is so poor.
