“Very nice people, the woman that runs the place is very affable once you get to know her .
I admittedly will be the first to admit.
I was more than a little taken back upon discovering my friend had left my vehicle for several weeks in a parking lot in our little town and upon finding out it had been towed away due to its not properly being removed by my friend and being in the tow yard for several weeks had occurred a large few due upon its release .
A happening that had happened to my dissatisfaction far to many times in the past few months
Dispite my confusion and admittedly my own anger at myself for having allowed this to carry on .
This woman showed such professionalism and poised with grace calmed me down in just a few moments and assured me should I be needing the services of this shop she would take care of my needs if I would give her a call and notify her of my needs
I fortunately have not needed her assistance as of yet.
But should that time come again.
And as things go I'm sure the day will come.
I have complete confidence in her words and abilities to take care of my problems concerning my vehicles.
I hope she sees this long ago misplaced text and remembers me and knows I thanked her for all of her efforts in helping me
