“I just wanted to say thanks to the guys in your service department. Today was a bad day for me and the cherry on top was, as we were traveling through this town, I had some issues arise which looked like some transmission issues. I was about 2 hours from home and they agreed to take a look at it for me even though they were busy. To make a long story short it turned out to be much of nothing but the fact they took the time and were so helpful and explained a few things to me made my day so much better. I wish I would have got both of your names as I would have mentioned you here. Thank you, it was much appreciated.”

“Wow! I took my new truck for its first service here. I had my old truck serviced in Franklin, NC; In general, Countryside was a terrible experience.

I scheduled this service, and when I arrived I was met by BJ who answered all my questions, explained the warranty process and then walked me around the dealership and escorted me to the waiting room.

She noted that there was a recall they could take care of if I had a few extra minutes, which was no problem.

What a difference! Respect, competence and service oriented. I highly recommend using the Duval dealership. I specifically recommend speaking with BJ. I'll be going back.”

“Well my truck broke down far from home during a job it was one of the most awful experiences I've ever had everything that could go wrong did go but the only thing that did go right is finding this tow company

If you are an out of towner and you break down on a job in the Clayton GA area this place should be your first call
Just keep in mind this is a small town company so if you have them tow it and hold your truck
As I did you'll have to wait till business hours to arrange retrieval but honestly that's such a small thing the price was reasonable and they didn't charge me for the 2 days it took to get in contact with them (I broke down on the weekend after closing ) and they have been absolutely a great company to work with
So far . I did send a local towing company to retrieve my truck and i should have her back today because of how far away the place is from me it seemed smarter to use someone local to me but next time I break down in North East Ga this is my first call
