I ordered 3 items from this retailer and received the wrong shipment of another customer's. I emailed the email addresses I could find, but with no response. If I get a reply I'll update this review, but so far poor experience and zero follow up.

I have planted thousands of bare root or small trees. Their tree died and they will not stand behind it. Good luck.

Bought a tropical milkweed from them. Arrived fast and very well packed. Plant is a nice size. Very happy with this purchase.
