Whoever delivers the mail to the ellis apartments does a terrible job. I have ordered a card three times. I use the user digest to see my mail. I can literally see the mail that is supposed to arrive and when the mail man comes sometimes I have my mail most times I have someone else's mail in my building. It's always been an issue but it's getting worse lately. I literally have to reorder certain things 3 or 4times before I actually receive it. My license literally almost got suspended because I was supposed to receive a letter for a court date and never got it. Thank God I check my license all the time online. This station really has to do better. I literally have mail that I'm expecting right now and I know for a fact it's either been lost or just simply put in the wrong mail box. It's a shame because my mother has been a mail carrier 34 years and has never made this many mistakes. Yall have to get it together man. I have stuff that I really need right now. I know it's supposed to arrive because of the user digest/informed delivery and it's not there.

The WORST customer service! They never there if so they're allllways Late! I bought a 500 money order that was NEVER received by my patron..I no doubt it was mishandled Here!!!

The hours says this Post office opens at 8:30am online however they don't open until 9:30am here! I wasted my lunch break coming here at 9am. I was just picking up a package. I knocked on the door and heard people talking but no one came. Worst post office in Atlanta

Went to the post office at 8:30 am door is not open it's 9:15 am still not open but hear people in the back Socializing. No sign no information stating about the reason it's closed but in the website it's states it's open.The guy at the front was very rude and didn't answer my questions.

The absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced, and consistently! Horrible horrible customer service. The person who sit in the counter will never EVER help me when I asked for my package.

Supposed to open at 9am. Arrived at 9:17am, line was wrapped around inside the mailbox lobby. Service counter area is still closed and locked.
