“It was a pretty good experience except for the other day when I went to go to my storage someone had backed into it I'm assuming the cameras will catch it. They have a very clean facility and their bathroom is immaculatep so I give it a five star it's never too crowded although the space in the parking spots are very close you never feel overwhelmed and from what I see they have a 24-hour staff”

“At first, when Midgard storage took over Life storage there were some communication hiccups regarding the insurance and even when I called in and emailed, I received follow up calls on information I already provided. I suppose that's what happens when a business has recently taken over. However now, things seem to run more smoothly.
I contacted Midgard regarding an issue I had and both Amanda and Donna were very helpful. They provided a solution and responded in a timely and professional manner. Donna was great at answering my questions and doing the right due diligence to resolve my issues.”
“Tyler and Jake were both AMAZINGLY helpful when I needed to place a reservation for my employer. The reservation was for a 26' truck. It took a little time but they worked with me the entire time. “These guys are really great and extremely professional. There was a misunderstanding around my drop off resulting in charges that shouldn’t have been there. I decided to go speak with them in person; and Larry, an admin, was very patient and explained what had happened. At the same time another customer was upset over a different misunderstanding, and without missing a beat, Larry and the rep helping the customer figured out the cause of confusion, and explained it to customer who immediately understood and was happy. I can only imagine what this team of people who work there must deal with on a daily basis, just judging by this visit (at 9AM!)”

“Wynn, Melissa, and Lauren (855 Northern Ave. Clarkston, Ga) have the #1 uhaul store in my book!!! I came in to rent a truck and noticed that my account had been tampered with. They helped me to figure out how to escalate it to the appropriate department in corporate. I have always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. I call myself a frequent flyer because I used them for ALL my moving/storage needs. Excellent customer service, empathetic, and genuinely caring for each customer's need. I can't thank them enough for all they do when I'm there and I need to rent.
Martha, via the eAlert department, was very kind and empathetic to my identity theft. She made sure to take an extra look to see how I could rectify my account. properly. She went above and beyond what was expected, considering the first time I spoke with someone. He was very disconcerning, nonchalant, and just downright rude. He acted as though he didn't even want to be at work. Must less, help me with my situation.
