“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. “I've never had a better experience at a auto repair shop. First time I visited because my change oil light was on even though it wasn't time for an oil change. Danny fixed that for me and refused payment. Second time I went for an oil change, he changed the oil, but told me he was unable to remove the filter without breaking it. Previous shop had screwed it on too tight. Told me to go back there because if they broke the filter during removal, they'll have to give me a new one free. Danny refused to charge me again. (The previous shop did end having to break the filter.)”

Anytime my car needs a service, this is the only place I take my car to. Whenever I go here, I never had any problems with customer service and how they service my car. “I had my transmission repaired not replaced unlike what other transmission shops including some well known transmission companies told me that I needed a new transmission.The highest quote I received was $9000.00, and the company was more than eager to finance the replacement cost. My mechanic at Robert’s mechanic in Suwannee referred me to Jim at Norcross Transmission Service.I took my vehicle to Jim, after checking the vehicle, I was shocked to hear that I didn’t need a new transmission. The transmission was repaired and it cost $1400.00.It was one year ago and the vehicle is driving impeccably.
