Don't move here if you can help it. The people in the Leasing office are grossly inconsiderate and go about their day as if you're an inconvenience to them. They are afforable housing and so I did the application, paid my money only for the lady who works there to disregard my paperwork and would constantly lie about the process moving forward everytime I would call or go check for an update. They don't respond to emails and they barely answer the phone. Things happen for a reason and I'm grateful that I didn't move here because I honestly felt like it was my last resort. The property is poorly maintained. I drove around and asked some of the residents I passed by how is it living there and no one had anything positive to say. Units flood, it takes weeks before maintenance fix anything, they lock the Leasing office from 12:45 to 2:30, and people they evict belongings are just scattered about. Maybe if they get new people in the office who know what they're doing, it would be better.

Not a good complex at all. Nobody is ever in the leasing office, nobody ever answers the phone. It’s just so much I could write. A few months ago police entered my brother apartment without his knowledge and he came out his room to guns pointing at him. He was told they were looking for someone and their apartment was supposed to be vacant. Which lets me know that they aren’t doing their job in the leasing office because how could the police think this was a vacant apartment, and the whole situation could have ended badly nobody ever reached out or explained that situation at all. Now today my brother’s apartment is flooding everywhere even after last week he let maintenance know there was a leak and disgusting water stains forming everywhere. Someone came over to look but never returned. So instead of dealing with the issue THAT day nothing was ever done. Now TODAY the apartment is completely flooding and OF COURSE the emergency maintenance line is unresponsive. The worst complex ever seriously. Stay away!

Me and my family have been here for 6 months now and since we have been here nothing has been fixed everything is continuously falling apart from the few bugs being seen in the beginning we've called for pest control the maintenance people never come the leasing office always say they put in a work order it's never done and keep asking to be put on the pest control list no one has ever came and now we have emergency flooding at first it was just coming from the kitchen ceilings all throughout the kitchen and once again nobody was coming nobody was doing anything as they said they would now we are very UPSET because its flooding all through the main bedroom bathroom the floor in the main bedroom is soaking wet!!!! and its coming all through the hallway its water everywhere we have put a message for emergency maintenance and i just no we wont get a response we even went up to the leasing office just a few days ago for people to lie to our faces , what are we paying rent for this is crazy we WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE LEASE!!!!!!

Horrible apartments DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE MY FAMILY IS NEVER ATTENDED TOO !!! These apartments don't care they lie to your face never come and fix anything my place is continuously flooding the leasing office and maintenance are very unprofessional I can't believe this !!!!! It's mildewing and possible will start molding fast I'm over this

Only problem I have right now is the grass is so high , it looks like a straight jungle, they never answers the telephone, if someone answers it's always we working on it, or I don't know or thanks for letting me know nothing ever done about it I don't usually do this but we can bearlly get to our front door.

First of all y'all crazy asl it ain't Atlanta but these apartments are great for what they have you paying I only pay 1033 not only that yes there garbage all over the place near the cans but I seen bugs when I first moved in I went to go get raid and set traps and I don't see them AT ALL there taking all my life to give me my mailbox key but other then that I literally cannot complain there affordable and livableAs long as your taking your trash out everyday and your cleaning up like your suppose to you will never see any bugsBut if you have clutter and trash everywhere food everywhere what do y'all expect

Literally the worst apartment very badmanagement my heater wasn't workingduring winter I had to go to the office 4times to tell them it's nothing like thepictures on google there is trash everywherea little of roaches no matter what you dothey will keep coming back don't move herethank god I left save yourself from thisplace!!!!!!!!!!!!

Silver oaks has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. From the maintenance all the way to the property manager. They have made my experience here convenient, as well as the prices being amazingly affordable. The communication from all areas of staff at silver oaks is very efficient and prompt, they aid your every need and ensure that environment makes you feel right at home.

Theresa & Morque is sooooo awesome. They went above and beyond to help me complete my application. They both make sure you feel welcome & at home. I've had some really bad leasing agents but these too blow everyone out the water. I would definitely recommend any & everyone to come to Solve Oak Apartments to ask for Morque or Theresa. They will definitely take care of you.
