“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”

Madewell offers an incredible customer service reminiscent of old school department stores - a salesperson assists you throughout your shopping and pulls new sizes and styles as needed.Diana was super helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the store’s offerings. She convinced me to size down on a pair of jeans when I’d normally be too nervous about tightness. She was right though! I’ve worn the pair a few times and they remain comfortable and contoured to my body in a flattering way throughout the day, but also provide stretch as I’m moving about. I left the store with two new pairs of high quality jeans.I’m probably not buying jeans anywhere else going forward. I’m happy to support fair trade products and the companies that are working to normalize it. The clothing is exceptionally well made (I’m sure this joke has been made 500 times) and is well worth the price point. I've been supporting this business long before she started working here and I drive 45 minutes to come shop not to steal or be rushed when I was the only person left in the store. She was rude and had bad customer service. I hope they find another sales associate. This is the first time I've experienced this.”
