This place is nasty as hell we moved here march of this year probably around April or may is wen we started seeing rats in our homes they don’t come fix nothing they fix one thing and leave and don’t come back our AC still don’t work we just killed a rat in the kitchen the other day thought we got rid of that one but it was another one and it scratched me on the leg they won’t do anything but it’s okay we going to court tomorrow it’s okay I don’t recommend this place too anyone and plus the apartments are nasty and filthy they don’t clean they need to break these apartments down and get new managements and they maintenance don’t fix nothing just sit around. Please whoever looking for a apartment don’t live here avoid parc 1000.

RUN don’t even stop here. The rodents are out of control and maintanance doesn’t exist. No AC all summer. All the good staff quit. Don’t give these slum lords your money.

it’s a law suit waiting to happen . I strongly believe the owners of the company that own this place are sitting in fancy homes in fancy areas …..
The staff here are great ! They do what they can . Be mad at the owners of the company that bought this place not the staff .
I called the department of health probably should have called the sheriff too
It’s just the neighborhood isn’t up to code … NO SPEED LIMIT SIGNS ANYWHERE , BUSTED STREET LIGHTS , BLACK MOLD UNDER SINK AND WINDOW SEALS , RATS AND ROACHES
So yeah I stopped paying rent here . The rats multiplied and it got worse . Maintenance couldn’t do much just put sticky traps down . There were nesting by the AC unit . It was getting to a point that they were scratching holes in the walls . There was a hole in my kids room above their bed and one in the hallways next to the stairs . I stayed in 47C in the plantation side . So be very careful . I use to put poison bait under the sinks but then there would be a rotten smell coming from the walls days later . Just give the whole house to the rats and roaches !!!
I continually used roach traps , sprays , roachbombs , boric acid you name it . But when I would fry chicken they would come out the cabinets and watch me cook !!! Never seen anything like it ! They might as well greet the pizza delivery guy at the door and bring the food in like In the movie at JOE’S APARTMENT
Carpets need to be a thing of the past and the cabinets need to be replaced , it’s all infested and old school . You would think the owners would stop buying carpet after every tenant and just put vinyl flooring down but okay whatever .
Yes there are plenty of foreigners and plenty of children in that neighborhood but they are happy . So if you don’t like middle easterns and Africans then don’t move here . I didn’t have a problem with them , it’s a comfortable culture to me and I love my neighbors, our kids played with each other all the time . I hope and pray that everyone receives the home of their dreams and desires Parc1000/Plantation is only temporary, just a stepping stone . ?✌?

If you like your sanity I suggest not moving here. Lived here for two years had nothing but issues. Biggest issues was the bugs and rats, the don’t treat the apartments so it’s nothing but bugs. You constantly hear rats in your walls and my cat has caught three in our apartment. Maintenance doesn’t do anything, I had holes in my ceiling and two major leaks and nothing was done. Don’t forget about the constant shootings that happen and rent still continues to climb. It also doesn’t help having a bunch of foreigners and their children who don’t respect the property and ruin other peoples stuff. I’ve had constant issue with the kids and their parents don’t do anything. I’d rather go homeless than ever live in those apartments ever again. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.

It's rat invested and the apartment management will tell you they have the same problem in phase 1 and yes there are phase 1 and 2 I thought I was moving in the picture you c but no I was put in phase 2 which nothing like the pic jus beware
