The black dude at the front has the worst attitude I have ever came up with. He don’t even want to talk to people while being in there ready to earn money for what he is doing. He is a trash and I recommend everyone to stay away from this shop atleast until this guy is fired.

I don't blame the store but metro all around is a sad company and they are the first people to rob me with out a gun so I go in store Feb 15 to pay bill before I pay bill I asked them to take 2 lines off my account remind y'all my bill was 161 for 5 line's so the person in store tells me METRO started this new policy where they can not add or remove service on account no more have to call in so I was unable to call the store also didn't try to call they said to me to pay the bill then call and remove service so I do that I was told on phone I will have refund and 72 hours so from 15 to 18 nothing I called back I was told once again I will receive my money and 72 hrs once again I received nothing so I'm getting fractured I call my bank with metro on phone and my bank tells them y'all never sent anything not once so will do a ticket again witch today I call back and was told I won't receive a refund so I asked for all my money back and to cancel my service bye far the worst phone company ever I never been robbed without a gun before I will not ever and the rest of my life deal with metro oh not only that they double charged me that same day for aone charge

Nikki the manager has been great at helping me more than once. She is a big asset for metro PCs now tmobile. I was fixing to leave metro PCs but changed my mind because of employees like nikki

Came to make a payment. Hours said they closed at 8. Got there 755 and doors were locked. Employee had an attitude and wouldn't help me.
