I just bought a "Frozen Dijorno" pizza from this grocery store. Supposedly, under new management. The pizza was completely thawed. I am Serve/safe certified and I work at Kroger. I failed to grab an ACTUAL FROZEN PIZZA THAT Won't poison my daughter because I was late. When I called to complain first I got a women with a complete lack of customer service skills. I asked for the owner/manager and got the same lack of skills. I called back. I NEVER asked for money back, I was trying to give the a heads up! I called again. ALL I got was a COMPLETE ATTITUDE FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT IN THIS CASE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT. I am contacting Digorno and the owner again. I WAS JUST TRYING TO GIVE YOU A HEADs THAT YOUR FREEZER WASN't working. Instead I got attitude. Now because of your lack of customer service skills. I am reporting to the health department. You probably want to get your temperatures right. Good Luck! Thanks for lack of common sense customer service.

The lady that works there is nice and serves customers well. Email would be nice for customer feedback and advice.
